Jamal Hussain was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable in managing the entire process of preparing and marketing for my property to be let. Found me good tenants who are moving in soon. Will keep close eye on how ongoing property management will compare once tenants are in and settled. Will update or add new review as time goes on.

im having a terrible experience with foxtons property management service. everything was fine until they rent out the property, then they charged me 2 months rent ( up to 3k ) in fees which they cannot explain ( i asked for a detailed explanation and never received it) also i asked to cancel the management contract because i do not get any replies from them and i also did not get a reply from the cancellation team, i feel extremely frustrated ,i DO NOT recommend you take the management services , just rent out the property ( i had a good experience with Jamal) and manage it yourself if you dont want to get robbed and completely ignored.

I feel a bit sorry for the people working here - I think they're encouraged to uphold predatory practices. When trying to find a place to rent, I feel that they don't listen to your requirements and insist on showing you things £200-300 out of budget or against other requirements you may have.
Some landlords may accept lower offers, sure, but I doubt they'd accept hundreds below asking. It becomes a waste of time for both agent & prospective tenant.
It makes it almost impossible to find somewhere you're happy to rent because they don't follow the requirements you've given them

Purchased a property from Rory and Euan. It was an overall great experience, with really strong communication and friendly service from both.
Euan showed us the flat and was very proactive in reaching out, as well as more than happy to accommodate any requests such as viewing
multiple times.
Rory facilitated the sale and he was truly superb, I will definitely be using him again when I next buy or sell. He was clear and quick at every step, following up with all parties without delay, and very accommodating and understanding about our situation. He went above and beyond to ensure our timeline was met, and it really was a huge weight off our shoulders knowing our realtor was proactive, knowledgeable, and very importantly, responsive.
This was a very positive experience for us and I have no hesitation in recommending Rory if you are looking to buy or sell. Thanks very much to Rory and Euan for all their help.
