Carley was fantastic throughout our property purchase and we had a really positive experience dealing with her. I can’t recommend Foxtons enough. I was assisted by Muhja Al Madani, who helped me find a flat to rent on my own, which is quite a challenge in London, especially at this time of year.<br><br>Muhja was incredibly responsive, helpful and kind throughout the whole process, and made sure everything moved along quickly and smoothly. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier.<br><br>I’d happily recommend Foxtons to anyone looking to rent in London, and especially Muhja for all her help throughout the process.

We didn’t manage to find a property with Foxtons at the end but Abbi deserves a review!<br>Honestly, she has been amazing since the very first interaction. She would reply to emails quickly, give follow up calls and even took me to the viewings with the Foxtons car to make sure I wouldn’t miss out and make the most of our available time. She has such good energy and absolutely love her professionalism but relaxed approach at the same time. The team at Ealing is really lucky to have her! Thank you Abbi once again :)

Very disappointing experience with Foxtons St John’s Wood. I left my most recent viewing feeling genuinely misled and disrespected, especially because this was the second time I had experienced the same kind of issue there, with the same agent.<br><br>From the outset, I had clearly explained the type of property I was looking for, my requirements and my budget. The agent, Elvira Petkova, first sent me a video of a property that did not meet those requirements, so I explicitly declined it and explained why. She then sent me a second video of a different property that I did like, called me afterwards, and arranged a viewing with me based on that second property.<br><br>When I arrived, however, she took me to the first property — the one I had already explicitly rejected. It was only then that I was told the property from the second video, which I understood I had booked the viewing for, was actually far above my budget. I had therefore attended the appointment believing I was going to see a property I was interested in and that was a realistic option for me, when in fact it was never within my budget in the first place. Instead, I was taken back to a property I had already said I did not want to see. Had I been given that information beforehand, I would never have agreed to the appointment.<br><br>What makes this worse is that a very similar thing had already happened to me before with the same agent. On a previous occasion, I had booked and confirmed a viewing for a specific property, only to arrive at the Foxtons office and be driven to a completely different property in a different location.<br><br>For this to happen once would be frustrating. For it to happen twice, on separate occasions and with different properties, is extremely unprofessional. I found the experience misleading, poorly organised and disrespectful of my time.

Viewed a property in July and the agent not only couldn’t get in (had to spend 10 minutes waiting for the current tenant to wake up and let us in), but the property itself was filthy and not even the right property i’d booked in to see. His justification was that the one I’d booked was basically the same - I said this property has a carpeted kitchen, which I certainly would not have booked for as that was one thing I definitely didn’t want. Totally wasted my time - over an hour round trip…

I recently moved into a new tenancy in the Woolwich area, and Abraham from Foxtons was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Compared with my previous experiences the process was incredibly, seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend Abraham and the Foxtons team. Wishing them all the very best!

Only do 3 bed plus. Do not have much knowledge of the area it’s a bit like selling to we buy any car you get a low price but fairly quick sale. Do not have any investors on their books unlike larger estate agents
