Recently had Rhean come around to do a Valuation on the property...
Straight from the start the guy asked us if we would prefer him to take his shoes off to check around the property (A rare act of respect you don't see anymore) so we kinda asked yes and he obliged :-)
Rhean was super kind..polite and very respectful with a high level of professionalism that stood out straight away.
Truly restored my faith that decent people are out there in the world again.
"Mad respect to you mate!" if you ever need any kind words or anything I can do to help in the future reach out man and I'll happily help.

I had a really great experience with Northwood throughout my purchase. The whole process can be stressful at times, but they made it feel much more straightforward.
Liam was amazing from start to finish. He was always helpful, easy to speak to, and kept me updated the whole way through. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him, and he made sure everything stayed on track.
What stood out most was how approachable and reliable he was. If I had any questions, he’d always come back to me quickly and explain things clearly.
Overall, a really positive experience and I’d definitely recommend Northwood, especially if you get to work with Liam.

My husband and I viewed a spacious one-bedroom flat today, and we were very pleased with the experience. Debbie Sharp provided excellent service throughout the viewing. She was warm, friendly, and took the time to guide us through all the important details about the flat.

Had a really good experience with Northwood. The team were friendly and easy to deal with, and everything went smoothly. Michelle was especially welcoming and very helpful throughout. The little welcome gift was a lovely touch too. Would definitely recommend.

I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience.
After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase.
It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach.
When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end.
I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.

I can’t recommend Emma Reid at Northwood enough. She truly went above and beyond to help us get across the finish line.
Her communication is excellent, but it’s her positive attitude and willingness to solve problems that really sets her apart.
