Awful experience, rented from these guys back in 2017. Flat was awful, assistance was awful and the application process was horrendous. Reviewing only now after seeing my old emails with them whereby they were completely disorganised. They didn't do anything dodgy with my deposit or such but the price and conditions of the property were unjustifiably bad and considering it was my second rental property, it was suspect that they were so suspicious of my background.

Had a great experience with Northwood, They sold our house with in two weeks. The set up was very quick and very professional, excellent web presentation, photography and description and great communication. That sells houses!! Special thanks to Ali Clark great job.

Sadly I've had to edit this review downwards because after leaving the property we were charged £250 for "professional cleaning" despite no damages or repairs! That's ridiculous and a rip off.

Super friendly staff who were eager to help and support me through every step of the application processes, also making sure I’ve settled in to my new property and making it clear they are always there for extra support should I need it. I have just moved my properties over to Northwood Lettings Crawley and I am extremely pleased in the manner in which the transfer and onboarding was competently carried out by Ben Pugh and his team.
Letting the property out to new tenants was also really great experience as tenants were located within 4 weeks and property let out. This guys are very customer focused and I can’t praise them enough
