I have just sold my house using William H Brown, selling a house is always stressful and I cannot commend Zoe enough for her perseverance and dedicated attitude at chasing down the buyers solicitors who were not the best to say the least. Matthew was also exteremley helpful and did a great job at getting my house onto the market and offering advice on price. Really happy with the team and highly recommend.

I’ve been using WH Brown in Welwyn Garden City to let out my flat for the past 17 years, and out of those 17 years, I was abroad for 15 of them.<br>I can say that the services I received from Charlotte and India in WGC branch were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond my expectations, helping me not only find a great tenant but also with almost anything I needed. If it was a handyman or a gas technician, you name it, they had it. a 5 star team indeed

WH Brown manage our rental property for us and we couldn’t be happier with the level of support we receive from the letting and property management team.<br>Erica Collins has been outstanding. Also, to mention Scarlett Rafferty who has also been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and communication is excellent.<br>We are more than happy with the service they provide.

I had my property on the market for almost 9 months with another agent and struggled to find tenants, so i decided on a whim to try out William H Brown and I was in for a pleasant surprise to say the least. We recently completed the purchase of a home for my partner's mother, and William H Brown in Holt were incredibly helpful throughout. Any questions we had about the property were answered within 24 hours, and it really feels like they went the extra mile. I’ve had a really positive experience dealing with Harry Brooks throughout the process of renting my new flat. He has been professional, friendly, helpful and very responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. He has made what can normally be quite a stressful process feel much easier and more straightforward. I’ve had a really positive experience with William H Brown in Ramsey, and I couldn’t be happier with the support I’ve received throughout my first-time buyer journey!<br><br>In particular, I’d like to thank Alessio, who has been absolutely brilliant throughout the mortgage process!
