Both Ryan Jenkins and Steve Allardyce were incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to deal with right from when we first viewed the property. They showed us around clearly, answered every question we had about the house and tenancy, and gave us all the details we needed to decide confidently to rent it. Throughout the whole letting process they kept us fully updated at every stage and always replied quickly. Ambica has been amazing helping us with our mortgage. Our sale has been slow and we’ve been all over the place looking at different property values and she was more than willing to help with quotes at short notice.<br>Once things started moving Ambica was on the ball and very attentive to the application with the vendors.<br>Would Highly recommend her services for those looking for a mortgage.

We used William H Brown to sell our house, and from the very beginning the whole team was fantastic. Sam was especially helpful throughout the process. There were times when things became quite stressful, but he went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible and was always there to offer support and reassurance.

After a great start. We are most disappointed and feel totally ignored. We had an appointment to meet the agent at a property we were interested to view. After recieving 2 messages to confirm time and place we waited 40 minutes and the agent didn't arrive. After knocking on the door and meeting the seller they informed us the agent had phoned and said he wasn't coming. We were shown around the property by the seller. We have since contacted the office and promised a call back from the branch manager and of course that didn't happen either.Would not use this agent again.

Excellent service from a team with great local knowledge. We received strong viewings from the beginning and the estate agents always followed up and provided useful feedback from these. When we did receive an offer, the agents kept me fully informed throughout the process and down the chain.
The agents were particularly helpful to us as we lived a long way from the area. We are pleased to say that exchange on the house took place yesterday and we are so grateful for the support we received from Jade and her team. Would definitely recommend William H Briwn in North Walsham!!

By far the worst estate agents I've ever had to work with, and if I ever see their name again, I'm running in the opposite direction! They seem to forget this may be just a job for them, but for us it's our lives. Couldn't get hold of them for information, but when they needed something from you, it was a different story! If you have the choice, there is Whittley Parish, a much better alternative.

Booked appointment monday cancelled by them to tuesday and then cancelled again on wednesday again cancelled .had to take 3 days day off for these reasons.non reliable.first of all had to wait long time to get an appointment.

We recently completed the purchase of a home for my partner's mother, and William H Brown in Holt were incredibly helpful throughout. Any questions we had about the property were answered within 24 hours, and it really feels like they went the extra mile.
