Both Ryan Jenkins and Steve Allardyce were incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to deal with right from when we first viewed the property. They showed us around clearly, answered every question we had about the house and tenancy, and gave us all the details we needed to decide confidently to rent it. Throughout the whole letting process they kept us fully updated at every stage and always replied quickly. Ambica has been amazing helping us with our mortgage. Our sale has been slow and we’ve been all over the place looking at different property values and she was more than willing to help with quotes at short notice.<br>Once things started moving Ambica was on the ball and very attentive to the application with the vendors.<br>Would Highly recommend her services for those looking for a mortgage.

We used William H Brown to sell our house, and from the very beginning the whole team was fantastic. Sam was especially helpful throughout the process. There were times when things became quite stressful, but he went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible and was always there to offer support and reassurance.

After a great start. We are most disappointed and feel totally ignored. We had an appointment to meet the agent at a property we were interested to view. After recieving 2 messages to confirm time and place we waited 40 minutes and the agent didn't arrive. After knocking on the door and meeting the seller they informed us the agent had phoned and said he wasn't coming. We were shown around the property by the seller. We have since contacted the office and promised a call back from the branch manager and of course that didn't happen either.Would not use this agent again.

Having met Claire Brown I felt confident in signing with William H Brown.
What a mistake! I decided to try the modern auction method as I had no above chain.
I filled in all necessary paperwork with the solicitor & auction house.
2 negotiators were sent round and promised me (Ryan particularly) that absolutely they could sell my house, it was beautiful and it would be a pleasure to sell it etc etc.
Within a week I went into the office as had heard nothing and asked was there anything I could do . I was told no there wasn’t. Having been informed by Ryan that January was busy initially he then retracted stating with another member of the team that this January was the worst on record.
I received 1 phone call from Ryan telling me had an interested party, hmmm don't think that was true. Said interested party obviously never materialised.
In 12 plus weeks I have not heard from any staff ! The auctioneer has been in touch on and off.
Thank goodness my time is now up and my contract terminated.
I would advise anyone thinking of signing to not waste your time as first impressions are not always the best.
I absolutely would not recommend this company. They are beyond unprofessional in every way.
Please people, there are clearly far better agents in Rushden & Higham Ferrers.

We recently had a viewing with Eleanor, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel really relaxed and comfortable. She took the time to answer all our questions properly and never made us feel rushed at all.
