I have just sold my house using William H Brown, selling a house is always stressful and I cannot commend Zoe enough for her perseverance and dedicated attitude at chasing down the buyers solicitors who were not the best to say the least. Matthew was also exteremley helpful and did a great job at getting my house onto the market and offering advice on price. Really happy with the team and highly recommend.

I’ve been using WH Brown in Welwyn Garden City to let out my flat for the past 17 years, and out of those 17 years, I was abroad for 15 of them.<br>I can say that the services I received from Charlotte and India in WGC branch were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond my expectations, helping me not only find a great tenant but also with almost anything I needed. If it was a handyman or a gas technician, you name it, they had it. a 5 star team indeed

WH Brown manage our rental property for us and we couldn’t be happier with the level of support we receive from the letting and property management team.<br>Erica Collins has been outstanding. Also, to mention Scarlett Rafferty who has also been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and communication is excellent.<br>We are more than happy with the service they provide.

I had my property on the market for almost 9 months with another agent and struggled to find tenants, so i decided on a whim to try out William H Brown and I was in for a pleasant surprise to say the least. Within a week of having the property on the market, I found a tenant.<br><br>The process was smooth and I was kept well informed all through. ?????<br><br>Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish!<br><br>We honestly couldn’t recommend this estate agency highly enough! After our original house purchase fell through, the whole team went above and beyond to help us find another property, and thanks to their efforts, we ended up finding our perfect home!<br><br>A very special mention has to go to Ellie O’Neil, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. She was incredibly patient, helpful, reassuring and always kept us informed every step of the way. Even when I was probably being a little neurotic with all my questions and worries, Ellie never made me feel like anything was too much trouble!<br><br>What could have been a really stressful and disappointing experience turned into such a positive one, and that’s largely down to the dedication and genuine care shown by the team.<br><br>We’ve now got the keys to our beautiful new home and couldn’t be happier! Tom helped us with a tricky purchase where very strict deadlines were imposed by the seller and there was a constant risk of the deal falling through. He helped get us over the line and overall provided excellent customer service throughout

Jade Stanton was a tremendous help in helping me find my ideal first home. As a solo first time buyer the process seemed a bit daunting but Jade was a huge help from the start with arranging viewings to keeping me updated throughout the process and ongoing checks which was reassuring and even checking in after completion.
