Very professional and friendly staff who have filled me with confidence every step of the way. Shareen and Raj have both been incredibly helpful, informative, kind and thorough. Myself and my family all felt comfortable with them right from the start.
2nd Aug 2024 (10 weeks ago)Just spoken to a lady at their office in Boldmere. Definitely needs training as she knew very little on the properties which were on the market. Firstly gave me incorrect prices and limited information about the property. In particular if the property was a, Leasehold, service charge etc. Definitely did not go the extra mile and put me off in even viewing the property

9th Apr 2024 (6 mo. ago)We had a bad experience with this company for Liasoning between the house owner and tenants. There seems to be a biased opinion and didn't support tenants for genuine tenancy issues. Completely inexperienced staff to deal with.
22nd Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)A huge thanks to Acres at Four Oaks who helped us secure our lovely new home. A particular thank you to Lorraine for her responsiveness throughout every step. They provided good photos & videos of their properties, arranged and confirmed viewings extremely quickly. They were very receptive on the phones, answering calls and resolving emails within minutes. This service has continued beyond the sale. The service they provided as a buyer has been 10/10. Thank you!- 12th Apr 2022 (2 years ago)they treated us appallingly do not use this Agent they cannot be trusted they wasted months and lost us our purchase stay away.We eventually sold through someone else their disgusting behaviour affected our future

I used their in house mortgage advisor sandy who worked his magic and also their recommended solicitors who were amazing too. Her prompt responses and clear communication made everything so much easier for us. We are thrilled to have finally made it to our first home, and we couldn’t have done it without their assistance. Highly recommend Green Company for their outstanding service!

This was a very sensitive sale to deal with due to the property belonging to my recently deceased mother, the whole team were nothing but compassionate, courteous and helpful in answering any questions I had along the way and the whole process was very quick. 20th Sep 2024 (21 days ago)Buyer beware with this estate agent. We attempted to purchase a vacant and chain free property (as they advertised and reassured us many times), but that wasn’t true. When asked if they do any due diligence checks on the sellers, we were told that’s not their job. We tried to formally complain but have been ignored. Thousands lost in fees and they don’t care.

5th Jul 2024 (14 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

She was so friendly and efficient (to the point where she came over to meet us, we agreed to use and the pictures were taken by 4pm). Our property was marketed at the same price as quoted by other agents, and was sold the day after marketing for asking price, via a blocked booking which Kim hosted. Things we loved about Kim and Wilkins *Efficient *Excellent communication (whatsap group) *Love their instagram and social networking (which I think other big names lack). *Block booking (only had to clean the hosue once) *Local and based in Mere Green (prior to using I thought they were just based in Tammworth) *Work for commision (percentage of property rather than set fee). I think that this is turn would encourage Wilkins to sell the property for as much as possible, which makes you feel like they are really getting the best for you. Thank You Kim (and the rest of the team) at Wilkins you are all amazing and would use you again in a heart beat x
20th May 2024 (21 weeks ago)BP Auctions have been anything BUT easy to work with. We’ve been chasing for updates on the sale of our property for weeks with no response. Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
