During the entire process we were kept up to date, all our questions/queries answered quickly and overall, experienced a smooth mortgage process which would normally be quite stressful. Thank you very much for all your help and support Carys and thank you to the entire team there at Burchell Edwards as well.

I say he's wasted in his current position and could be better utilised higher up managing things on a larger scale. His confidence was matched with professionalism and thats the only reason I gave my property to the agency.- 29th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)I have been involved with Burchell Edwards for several years and they have always had great staff, but Olivia from lettings is unmatched an absolute godsend. All I can say is Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!!! She is friendly and approachable always on hand to support, advice and provided information were necessary. She has gone above and beyond to help me. An asset to Burchell Edwards. She deserves a promotion to lettings manager.

Also thanks to Ian their countrywide mortgage broker. He made the whole process very easy and was a pleasure to deal with. A great experience overall!

They were great at finding reliable tenants and walking me through the legal requirements with letting the property and then on hand whenever anything was needed. Sara was brilliant with the sale, offering sound advice and pushing to get things completed as soon as possible. Would happily recommend their services.

Charlotte, who looks after all the after sales admin, worked tirelessly to keep us informed throughout the process from sale to completion. Each time I sent an enquiry, I had a response within the hour. That’s fantastic customer support.

This was a very sensitive sale to deal with due to the property belonging to my recently deceased mother, the whole team were nothing but compassionate, courteous and helpful in answering any questions I had along the way and the whole process was very quick. Would definitely recommend this estate agents to anyone thinking of selling. Thanks again all.

Back and forth emails for weeks as they’d leave my emails unresponded. When i did receive a response, it wasn’t helpful - particularly from Beckie. I will say Michael helped me out the most but, even then, it was not substantial enough for a company that specifically works with students and deals with our money, they do not care about us enough. They are also very misinformed and basically told me that I would be receiving my deposit back from them through their deposit return scheme then later changing this to I had to deal with the return of my deposit on my own and talk to the landlord, myself and it was none of their problem, essentially. I will warn all future students, as soon as you sign please make sure you ask them how and who is protecting your deposit as I was never told this information and it caused me a lot more problems than it should have. As someone who had signed with them, this was upsetting to hear and also news to me. I had come to them with an issue and they weren’t forthcoming or even willing to help me with it, despite it being their job (in my opinion). No problem with the property we had signed on to or anything like that but if you’d like an agency that actually helps you deal with problems that may arise, especially in times of need, please avoid Purple Frog.

They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish and their communication and honesty throughout the process was incredibly reassuring and useful as we got closer to moving day. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly and personalised service.

Everyone came in to contact with at Bayzos was friendly, knowledgeable and above all professional. I would have no problem in recommending them to anyone who wanted to sell a property. Thank you all the team for everything.
