Selling a home can be an emotional and stressful experience, but the team made us feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.<br><br>A special thank you to Kevin Anderson, who went above and beyond for us — not only for his hard work and commitment in helping us achieve our sale, but also for patiently putting up with my many questions, messages, and “nonsense” along the way! Homes has an amazing team whose members genuinely care about every customer, regardless of the size of their requirements. I have personally worked in the real estate sector, including Build to Rent, for over 12 years, and I can confidently give DM & Co. Homes 5+ stars. Highly recommended!

She went above and beyond with the move ensuring everything was perfect for when I moved in. I am very grateful for her help and the smoothness of which this happened I am very happy with it all from Martin and co but Leigh ecspecially, thankyou!!!

Throughout that time, I have found them to be consistently professional, knowledgeable and, just as importantly, genuinely easy to deal with.<br><br>Communication has always been excellent, whether by email or telephone, and I've always felt kept informed and supported. As a landlord, it was reassuring to know that both we and our tenants were in safe hands. The team managed everything efficiently and professionally, giving us complete confidence that matters were being handled properly.<br><br>More recently, when it came to selling our property, the same outstanding level of customer service continued. The team clearly know their industry inside out, provide honest and trustworthy advice, and make what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed.<br><br>I would not hesitate to recommend Bartleys to anyone looking for a letting or estate agent. They are a fantastic company with a strong customer focus and have delivered excellent service for us time and time again.

I took time off work for a viewing, submitted all the requested documents within 30 minutes afterwards, at the asking price without even negotiating, and clearly explained that I needed to secure a place urgently.<br><br>Despite this, I was later told the property had already been let agreed. This happened to me repeatedly, wasting my time and even my annual leave. My credit history and background are good, and I had no issues with the checks.<br><br>They clearly do not value prospective tenants’ time. If you want a smooth and professional experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Very poor service.

The seller's agent is doing their job, but their job isn't protecting you — so going in, I expected to be navigating most of it alone.<br><br>That changed the moment I started working with Hannah Le Sueur. From our very first conversation, it was clear she was in my corner. She took real time to understand what I was looking for, and rather than just throwing listings at me, she fine tuned her sense of it with each conversation — narrowing in as we both got a clearer picture of what would actually work for me.<br><br>That process led us to a flat that turned out to be exactly the kind of character and space I didn't know I was looking for. Hannah then helped me negotiate a deal I honestly didn't think was possible, pushing for terms I wouldn't have had the confidence or market knowledge to ask for myself.<br><br>Compared to every other property experience I've had, Hannah Le Sueur made this one feel completely different — supported, informed, and genuinely on my side from start to finish. If you're buying in London and want someone who will actually fight your corner, I can't recommend her highly enough.

Excellent communication throughout the whole process via the whatsapp group they set up - answering questions and giving immediate feedback on viewings. This made it so easy to contact them at any time making it a lot less stressful. 5* service from start to finish. Thank you for all your help and support

She is an absolute credit to the team.<br><br>Bethany is an amazing listener, caring, attentive, and really shows that she has taken the time to listen.<br><br>Her professionalism, knowledge and genuine care really stood out to me. It is clear that she takes pride in what she does. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with.<br><br>I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bethany to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely puts their clients first.<br><br>After dealing with her, I was so impressed that I did question whether she could be flawless in every way, that's until she shared her taste in music with me. We have purchased our new property through HS Homes, and from the start of the process to the end we have had a great service. Nicola has been fantastic and kept us updated on any developments throughout so we were always fully aware of what was happening elsewhere in the chain. 16th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)??????????<br><br>We’ve had a really positive experience with Tom Smallwood at Oakmans from the initial valuation right through to getting both of our properties on the market.<br><br>Tom has been friendly, professional and really easy to deal with throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly, listened to what we wanted and never made us feel pressured. We were particularly impressed with how quickly everything was organised and how well the properties were presented once they went live.<br><br>There were a few small tweaks we wanted making to the listings after launch, but Tom was approachable and helpful in getting these sorted for us.<br><br>Selling two properties at the same time felt quite daunting at the beginning, but Tom has made the process feel straightforward so far. We’re really pleased we chose Oakmans and would happily recommend Tom to anyone thinking of selling.
12th Sep 2026 (15 days ago)These guys will over-value your house so you will chose them as their agents, but the valuation is not realistic so the house sits on the market for months on end !! Clearly new and inexperienced , you’re better off using a reputable company that knows what they’re doing!

However, they put me in touch with their mortgage broker, Ricky Parmar, to help with my mortgage application, particularly as my credit history wasn’t perfect.<br><br>From the outset, I found Ricky to be extremely professional, helpful and reassuring. He talked me through the whole application process, found a specialist lender suitable for my circumstances, and helped me navigate the numerous queries that came back from the underwriters.<br><br>There were several points along the way when I worried that something might throw a spanner in the works, but Ricky was always reassuring and helped put my mind at ease. Whenever I emailed him with a question or concern, he responded very quickly and kept me informed throughout.<br><br>I’m delighted to say that I now have my formal mortgage offer, and I’m extremely grateful for Ricky’s help in getting me to this point.<br><br>I would highly recommend Ricky to anyone looking for a mortgage, particularly if your circumstances aren’t completely straightforward and you need someone knowledgeable and supportive to guide you through the process.
