Re: the lettings team from a tenant perspective: a friendly team who connected us well to a good landlord with just the property we were looking for. Helpful during our tenancy. A positive experience and I would come back to them again when we need to rent again / buy.

We had interactions with every member of the team and each one was as pleasant as the next. Their professionalism is exemplary and they kept us well informed throughout the process. They made buying our first house stress free and we would highly recommend them!
12th Mar 2021 (3 years ago)I looked at so many houses, nothing was right and then I stumbled across a new property. A viewing was arranged quickly with the staff at Hunter French Frome. It was a difficult process for me, but Ben and his team did absolutely everything to help the process. Very happy to be in my new forever home.

Ross and Mia in particular were excellent - Ross was calling me more than I was him keeping my fully updated and assistance beyond what I would expect/felt was typical was offered when there were problems with the property not relating to the sale. A big thank you to all involved and very grateful indeed. Ultimately a sale was agreed at a fair price and everyone is happy. Very good indeed. Sadly I don't have any other business in the area otherwise I would definitely be back to them!!

From the initial viewing with Marco to picking up the keys on the day of completion, we were really impressed with all the service, help and advice we were given along the way. Louise was spot on in communicating information as and when it was needed. We recommend Davies and Davies.

Hamptons is a really organized company from all the points of view, both in searching an accommodation but also with the support they've provided me after that. Strongly recommended!

9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Allen & Harris Frome, and I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others. Firstly, the communication was abysmal. I was not informed that the buyer had pulled out of the purchase, which caused unnecessary delays and complications. This crucial information was withheld, and it was only through my persistent inquiries that I found out about the buyer’s withdrawal. Allen and Harris simply stopped responding to any and all communication. Additionally, the photos taken of my property were of very poor quality with water marks and blown out colours. Professionalism was sorely lacking in this regard, and it felt as though minimal effort was put into presenting my property well. Moreover, the manager was unhelpful and displayed a lack of professionalism throughout the process. Any attempts to address my concerns were met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. It was evident that customer service and satisfaction were not priorities. Overall, my experience with Allen & Harris Frome was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate agent. Avoid at all costs!

Their communication was excellent and we felt confident they had our best interests in mind throughout. Viewings were well organised and professionally executed. I’d happily recommend the team for the rental or sale of your home.

20th Nov 2023 (8 mo. ago)What a great experience to have out sale handled by Fine and Country. Our Agent Matthew kept us informed throughout the whole selling process and after each viewing. The fact that an agent accompanied each potential purchaser on a visit meant that we didn’t actually meet anyone because he dealt with all questions as they arose . This was evidence of an agent fully acquainting himself with the details of the property he was selling. Well done and thank you Fine and Country I would have no hesitation in recommending your agency .
