2nd May 2023 (1 year ago)Very pleasant, friendly and well presented and punctual agents but lacked experience which I felt contributed to poor marketing and incorrect information being passed on to prospective buyers. Communication could also have been better.

12th Mar 2021 (4 years ago)I looked at so many houses, nothing was right and then I stumbled across a new property. A viewing was arranged quickly with the staff at Hunter French Frome. It was a difficult process for me, but Ben and his team did absolutely everything to help the process. Very happy to be in my new forever home.
16th Nov 2024 (17 weeks ago)I am really glad I chose Cooper and Tanner. They are incredibly supportive and always there when I needed them. Their patience with my wobbles and my questions was amazing! The sale price was well below the valuation which was disappointing. This may have been partly due to the market difficulties at this time but I feel that possibly they did not pick up just how big a problem not having an upstairs bathroom would be. However other estate agents who valued the property did not seem to pick this up either. In all other areas I absolutely cannot fault them.

The communication with regards to the chain was always very clear and regular, when we experienced stress (cause by other solicitors not our own) Toby in particular went over and above to help resolve the situation and minimise any delay to our completion date. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Toby and his team to friends and family and I personally would never use any other agency. However since they helped us find our forever home I can’t see us needing to. Thank you to all the team!!

We would have no hesitation in recommending Russell to anyone in the area who has a home to sell.

He has responded promptly to requests for access (the property is empty), responded in a very timely fashion when we first put our offer in and generally has gone above an beyond to help and support us through the process. We have found the company to be reliable and helpful. Would definitely recommend to local friends and colleagues.

The day before our move-in, our original landlord unexpectedly withdrew from the agreement, leaving us in a difficult spot. The team at Hamptons went above and beyond to secure us an alternative flat quickly and seamlessly. Their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for our situation made all the difference, and we were able to move with minimal disruption. If you're looking for a team that truly puts their clients first, we highly recommend Hamptons in Bath. We’re very grateful for their hard work and couldn’t have asked for a better outcome - our new flat is amazing!

Selling a house can be stressful but at every stage we received guidance, support and clarity. No hesitation in recommending them to you in the highest possible terms

For some context we purchased and sold through Rogers & Co so that should explain enough of our dealings. The whole team felt natural when showing us around and visiting our home. They found an answer to every question and really put us an ease. Really grateful for their support.

As someone who himself lives nearby, he deeply understood the local market and how best to communicate the most salable features of the property to potential bodies. I really appreciated his friendly, down-to-earth approach and constant availability, even on the weekends. Being able to rely his advice and expertise from start to finish made the whole process incredibly smooth. In the end, he was able to negotiate an offer that was significantly over the asking price. I would highly recommend him as the premier estate agents in the ‘between the commons’ area.
