16th Nov 2018 (6 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.
12th Nov 2022 (2 years ago)Been trying to get a hold of them for a viewing for a last few weeks and no one is picking up. Previously called them for another house and they actually picked up but the viewing times were very limited.
4th Apr 2025 (26 days ago)WW Estates were excellent from the start. The valuation was spot on, marketing great and viewings arranged promptly and efficiently. A sale was achieved within a few weeks and we were kept up to date every step of the way. I would highly recommend them.

26th Mar 2025 (5 weeks ago)I took the agents advice and went to auction. 2 time wasters bid against each other and the property reached an unrealistic price. The highest bidder then offered a lower price but wanted to extend the completion date which I refused to do. He then offered a lower price so I asked the auctioneer to go back to other bidders and I achieved a price which was a little more than the highest valuation I had received. I was informed the whole time of what was happening and the auctioneer was very supportive. I was not surprised when I was told the highest bidder did not have the funds and kept dropping his offer, I had seen it happen before in Bradford. I am happy with the service I received and the auctioneer was brilliant. I would recommend anyone selling a property in my area to go to auction but to be prepared for any hiccups along the way.

2nd Feb 2022 (3 years ago)Great experience moving in. Suitable properties were disappearing as quickly as they became available. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. Beautiful inside and well maintained. I hope more properties like this in Bradford are brought to market for people.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
31st Jan 2023 (2 years ago)I have been living in my current house with Squarefoot for over 2 two years now. The house is 2 bedroom and is perfect. The service was very profesional from viewing, move in and on going comunication. The maintenance team are very profesional and provide regular updates if there is any maintenance required. Really happy with the property and the Squarefoot Team.
7th Sep 2024 (7 mo. ago)Our first contact with Linley & Simpson to let a property was with Hollie Landi. She was totally on our case from day 1 & kept us informed of each and every development! Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!
31st Jul 2024 (9 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Specially agent Waseem Butt .He is always quick to respond to any inquiries and provides consistent daily support with a high level of professionalism. Waseem Butt has also been proactive in following up on the repair status in my apartment, ensuring that everything is handled efficiently and smoothly. His attention to detail and commitment to resolving issues promptly make a big difference. Very clear and excellent link up? This agents are certainly good at what they do, and if their advice is followed, they easily find tenants within a very short time. I would certainly recommend them to everyone. 4th Dec 2024 (21 weeks ago)Very little interest from buyers. Approx 8 potential viewings in 12 weeks. A large percentage of arranged viewings were cancelled at short notice. Very disappointed
