We were impressed from Dan originally visiting us to sell our house in Bradford to all staff Clare, Louise and all the team have been professional, pleasant and their expertise in the field was excellent. Clare's advise and support in navigating us through the whole process was brilliant along with all the team. On behalf of my husband and I we would like to thank you all . 19th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)House buying is stressful! Hunters were the least stressful part of the process and the various parties we needed to communicate with. They were helpful in communications and prompt with responses. They arranged multiple viewings for us so we could measure up etc and check things with various surveys. Thank you for being so cooperative and making the process smoother!

4th Mar 2026 (28 days ago)We have just sold our flat which, due to the market and banks, took a long time. In the end we sold by auction. At all times, Nathan, Matt and Shaun at the Saltaire branch were very responsive, pleasant, helpful, and willing to discuss and give advice on our next strategy. On more than one occasion, the help was above and beyond what I assume is their job description, for instance when the final completion was done in a rush, Nathan went round to the flat to check I had left nothing behind. Many thanks.
12th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Jasmine while moving into my new apartment. From the very beginning she was professional, helpful, and incredibly responsive. Moving can be stressful, but Jasmine made the whole process feel smooth and straightforward. She kept me updated throughout, answered any questions quickly, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she was always friendly and approachable. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making the move-in experience positive, but Jasmine at Bridgfords really did go above and beyond. I’m very grateful for all her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to move.

The team were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions, and they kept me updated during the process. Things moved quite smoothly overall and they were professional to deal with. 18th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)As a first-time buyer, I’ve had a great experience with Manning Stainton in Guiseley. They really took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. Compared to other estate agents I dealt with, they genuinely cared and were always happy to help. A quote that stuck with me during a viewing was "you should treat every buyer in the same regard as a seller" and I don't think other firms have that same mentality. A big thank you to Simone and Aimee, who were both brilliant throughout.

28th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)My experience with Hamilton bower was excellent. Friendly staff on the ball and very intentive. Sold my property very quickly. Della was especially helpful offering to help with filling in any paper work from the conveyancer I thought that was a nice touch.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

7th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Our first contact with Linley & Simpson to let a property was with Hollie Landi. She was totally on our case from day 1 & kept us informed of each and every development! Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!
