From calling and emailing me to enquire on update and on my wellbeing too. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I need report for EPC they had contact. They also have a contact for a removal company which took the stress off. Over all a great experience thanks team WW Estate

25th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)As first home buyers Walker Smale was great. Simon was always available and accommodating, answering all our questions and liaising between us and the vendors. The team also responded to emails very quickly so there was never a hold up with proceedings.

Throughout the 10 month process we dealt with all members of the team, and they were all so diligent and understanding. Special thanks to Mandy who supported to get things over the line in the last few weeks. We cannot recommend Wilman and Wilman enough!

28th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)My experience with Hamilton bower was excellent. Friendly staff on the ball and very intentive. Sold my property very quickly. Della was especially helpful offering to help with filling in any paper work from the conveyancer I thought that was a nice touch.
8th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)The 5 stars I have given are for Nat Smithies and only Nat. He was always polite, friendly and efficient. The other staff were friendly and polite but the overall service (apart from Nat) was very poor; lack of communication, unproactive and obseen AML charges £118 for two people when it costs them a maximum of £5 per person! Thanks again Nat, you are the diamond in the rough!

They helped grease the wheels of the sale behind the scenes and kept everything on track better than anyone else involved in the process. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Angela at Martin & Co has recently been helping my wife and I as we reported the fridge freezer had broken down (typically in hot weather!) and nothing has been too much for her. She kept us up to date every step of the way and made sure we had a new appliance installed and the old one taken away in a timely and professional manner. 7th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Our first contact with Linley & Simpson to let a property was with Hollie Landi. She was totally on our case from day 1 & kept us informed of each and every development! Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!

They were incredibly helpful, constantly kept us up to date with proceedings, and they made what is a very stressful proceedure much easier to cope with. We are so glad we chose Open House and would highly recommend them.

17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
25th Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Ornella is proof that bigger isn’t always better when it comes to estate agencies.<br><br>I first contacted her after the agent with the largest market share in our area failed to sell our house after five months on the market. In contrast, Ornella marketed our property in May, and we completed the sale in July.<br><br>Not only did Ornella find a buyer quickly, but she was also there throughout the entire process, ensuring everything progressed as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Both we and the buyer used solicitors recommended by Ornella, and I believe that really helped to keep the conveyancing process moving quickly.<br><br>What I learned from the experience:<br><br>• Large estate agencies often have hundreds of properties on their books, so it's difficult for any one property to receive real attention. Different people conduct viewings, and there isn't always a single person taking ownership of your sale.<br>• With Ornella, you get one highly experienced agent who manages the entire process from start to finish. Because it's her own business, she is genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for her clients and is always responsive and available when you need her - including out of hours.<br><br>We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Ornella. Her professionalism, communication, and commitment made what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

Lauren could not have given more to help the sale go through, never was a message or email left unanswered, and always with a prompt response. She worked incredibly hard behind the scenes. We are going to miss Lauren not being around, but hopefully remain in contact. Thanks again Lauren.
