16th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.
15th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)WW sold our house and I can honestly say that the service received from Louise, Claire and Pam was exceptional.....not to mention James and Ian from the start made everything smooth for us....nothing was too much to ask and we were kept updated throughout the transaction.......I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of selling their home in the near future :)

27th Mar 2024 (24 days ago)Had dealings with this company twice 1st time wanted to view a house in Burley in Wharfedale told he would have to consult the Director ....never got back to me 2nd viewed a house on South view we were the 1st people said yes to full asking price gave prove of funding within 30 mins Next day told they were showing someone else who also wanted to buy Then told it was going to best and final offers 12 noon the following day I went 5 k over the asking price 180k then 5 mins before the 12 noon deadline offered 182k I was told the owners had gone with the other offer I know know that was infuse lower than mine it was sold at £181.500 not happy to say the least

Our experience with EweMove was so much better than our previous experience with a bigger, high street estate agent, and this was all down to Nev. It was so reassuring to have a single point of contact and he always got back to us immediately if we had any questions. We were made to feel like genuinely valued customers. Because Nev took time at the outset to get to know us and our home, none of the viewings felt like a waste of time (Nev's marketing appeared to target only those buyers who were genuinely committed and who would be 'a good fit' for our home). As a result a full asking price offer came along pleasingly quickly! We would strongly recommend EweMove, particularly Nev's Guiseley & Otley branch. Date of experience: 02 April 2024

We went to view a property today, called ahead to tell them we were going to be 10 mins late and were told by Jasmine she would call the person on site and let us know if this was not Okay. Arrived (8mins late) and noone at the property. Called the office spoke to Jasmine again who said the person doing the viewing had left... they hadn't called us back to tell us and then said "who was it you spoke to?" She had clearly put the phone down and completely forgotten. An hour and a half round trip wasted due to incompetence.
