23rd Jun 2025 (19 days ago)Sold my property through Bronte Estates. Fees were low and the team were friendly – Noah in particular was helpful and easy to deal with. Communication was hit and miss — some queries went unanswered and I had to chase for updates. Completion was a bit stressful as ended up completing late in the day and handover was a bit cold. Ended up speaking to buyer directly who was flexible with move. That said, they got the job done efficiently in the end at a good price, so no major complaints.

28th May 2025 (6 weeks ago)We recently purchased a Bungalow via Reed Rains. We were downsizing due to my poor health and selling our own property with another agent. Out of all of the contacts I had throughout a very turbulent few months Chloe from the Cleckheaton branch was a little Gem! She was friendly, polite and extremely reliable. She went above and beyond trying to chase the chain for me. She always called or emailed back and delivered on what she said she would do. Highly recommend.

8th Jul 2025 (4 days ago)As first time buyers we were excited about buying our first home. We fell in love with our home, but found little support. Phone calls wouldn’t be returned, staff had a rude attitude. Surveys were delayed due to stage key not being available. Despite this Hazel was an absolute angel. She spoke to us kindly, with patience and always responded promptly. I hope Hazel is recognised for her hard work and kind heartedness, as she was the only one who made us feel happy and at ease with the stressful purchase of our home.
12th Jun 2025 (30 days ago)Some of the services were very poor. Alan the guy who did the sales pitch was very professional and helpful. Mistakes were made with the marketing and we had no communication with Sophie our sales advisor at all. The only person i could ever get a response from was Robert. Was given poor advice when we found our own buyer to still go ahead with full marketing and from then on communications were appalling. We had no viewers, poor marketing & ended up selling to the buyer we found no thanks to Hunters which we paid a fortune for ful services most of which were never used so very little work other than verifying the cash buyer we found. Communications around solicitors progress was not as stated in would be. All in all very poor value for money as I had to do too much myself, we do not recommend.

26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

Fran was fantastic and kept me up to date on any issues/updates (even before my own estate agents) and helped navigate my purchase and helped keep the whole process really smooth. Moving house is a stressful time for everyone and it makes a huge difference when the whole team are just kind, patient people. Thanks again to the team
2nd Feb 2022 (3 years ago)Great experience moving in. Suitable properties were disappearing as quickly as they became available. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. We bought and sold through them and it couldn’t have been a smoother process if we tried. Regular updates and ad hoc check ins throughout the whole time. Buyers already lined up before we went on the market, just a seamless experience from start to finish. Would 100% recommend and trust Yorkshire Residential for any future house purchase/selling. 1st Jul 2025 (11 days ago)Terrible! Rather than one member of staff taking the lead on selling our property, multiple members of staff dipped in and out, their communication between each other is clearly terrible as I would have to repeat myself to every one. For example, I would ask for there to be no viewings after 3.00 as I was going out, then viewings would get booked in after 3.00. This kind of thing happened many times. They came across really incompetent.I had to do all viewings as supposedly there was never a staff member to do them. They also lied to a neighbour of mine who was interested in buying my property, saying they were awaiting dimensions from me, this wasn't true. DPSH never asked me for dimensions. If they'd done their jobs properly and taken measurements of the property they would have had that information.

They were professional, helpful, friendly and communicated well throughout the whole time. Nothing was too much trouble. The photographer Tom was amazing and the photographs exceeded our expectations. Tom was friendly, respectful of our home and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Earnshaw Estate Agents if you are thinking of selling your home. ??. 5* is not enough
