They answered all questions promptly and dealt with any issues that arose, finding solutions to make sure the completion happened (when looking unlikely). Couldn't recommended the team highly enough. They will have my repeat business for a long time!

To be honest I didn’t expect how prompt it was dealt with in just a span of 3-4 days, I got all the responses and arranged for my external windows to be cleaned and change the shower tap in my bathroom. The staff at John Hilton were unfailingly supportive, kind and understanding. They were completely reassuring every step of the way and enabled a quick and efficient sale.

After tirelessly searching for available properties, we stumbled upon a delightful flat that caught our attention. We promptly reached out to Your Move, and to our delight, Tracy responded the same day, confirming the availability of the flat. She impressively handled all our inquiries and swiftly scheduled a viewing for us. Her proactive approach made the entire process much smoother and less stressful. Following the viewing, we expressed our interest in the property, and to our joy, we were selected as the tenants. We are immensely grateful to Your Move Brighton for their invaluable assistance in helping us secure our new home. We are especially grateful to Tracy for guiding us through each step, considering we were new to the system. Her dedication, patience, and responsiveness from our initial inquiry to signing the agreement were greatly appreciated. From Ebba the manager, to Angela who 'hand-held' the process, to the admin staff, they were amazingly helpful, encouraging and reassuring through our meltdowns and highs. Now we're settling into our new home and would wholeheartedly recommend this estate agent to help sellers and buyers on their home journey.
4th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Amy Newman at Michons is a fantastic, kind, communicative, and knowledgeable person to work with and a really gifted sales agent. She supported me every step in selling my flat what were really tough market conditions. Amy had great advice to share and I always felt like she was doing her utmost for the property. My flat was just a small flat in the Michons portfolio but I could not have got a more dedicated and responsive service: Hard to imagine a more savvy and organised estate agent. 12th Aug 2024 (30 days ago)We would love to give 10 stars if we could! Tom at K&K was instrumental in helping us buy our first home. He went above and beyond to back our corner and help us purchase our dream flat - even where there were lengthly delays from our end. Tom was always on hand to help with any issues we had and always responded promptly and even called us with the good news after hours (when our offer had been accepted) which felt so personal and really showed how much they care about both the seller and buyer. It's been a long journey for us to buy our first home but we couldn't be happier to have done so through K&K. We will absolutely be recommending them to anyone! Thanks so much again x
5th Sep 2024 (6 days ago)Do not Trust Brand Vaughan.As letting agents they are renting out properties, especially to students, that are not fit to be rented. My son is renting a property from BV where the boiler has broken and suffered a flood. They take your rent and not follow up with repairs. Let's hope the government bring in a rent reform bill so BV can be fined. Poor customer service and exploiting the rental sector,especially students.

We had a personal recommendation to use Nicholas James when we were thinking about renting our property over 4 years ago, and it was a great decision. From day one they have been attentive, quick to communicate, and hands-on with all aspects of property management. They've been a great sounding board and offered advice and their expertise when needed. Having them manage everything gives us complete peace of mind. Cannot recommend them enough - and we do recommend them whenever anyone asks about management companies in the Brighton or Hove.

18th Mar 2024 (25 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
8th Sep 2024 (3 days ago)My husband and I have just bought our first home through Cox & Co. From the off we were reassured by the viewing, at a time when so many estate agents we met presented such a saccharin and artificial exterior, to meet Sarah was a delight. I actually thanked her for being "normal". But it has been Josh who has really shone throughout our journey of buying. He has provided continuous reassurance, support, advice and most importantly he has been thoroughly communicative. He was patient when our solicitor was frustratingly absent and helped us with any questions we had for the sellers, ferrying our requests back and forth. We have had a wonderful experience in the safe hands of Josh; we know exactly who to contact should we decide to sell at any point.
