In what could have been an incredibly stressful process, they made it very easy for me. I primarily dealt with Emily, who was so personable and made me feel very at ease, keeping me up to date at every step. The industry needs more people like Emily and the team at Home & Castle.

The sale went through reasonably quickly and they found a very suitable buyer to take over our treasured house. They guided us through the process with sensitivity, were happy to discuss different pricing strategies, responded quickly to any amendments we requested, and most importantly... found us an excellent buyer.<br>We chose the fixed-price commission option, which gave us certainty over costs from the start, which I found incredibly helpful putting into the spreadsheet when administering an estate.<br>A special thank you to Molly, who expertly managed the final stages of the sale. She communicated brilliantly throughout, kept everything moving efficiently, and often took the pressure off my sister and me by dealing directly with family members who had an interest in the sale. She remained calm, professional and kind, even when managing some understandably anxious situations.<br>We are so grateful to Molly and the whole team for helping us get everything over the line, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fox & Sons Seaford.

He didn't " hound"" us once over the time it took to sort out the problems & was very reassuring & helpful throughout the long process. Personally I don't have any further reason for Polegate in my life going forward, but would highly recommend Archers Estate Agents to anyone who does!

He has provided complete transparency, along with detailed knowledge drawing on his obvious extensive experience. He has ensured that he worked with me to achieve the best value for the property, and succeeded! It took around 8 weeks for the property to go on sale until sold. This actually on the lower end of the typical selling time for the area, so another point of success. I have been continuously updated throughout the entire process, and also responds very promptly to any emails I have sent. I also want to mention that for the services provided (photos and advertising etc), that the fee is a very fair price, and good value.

They have kept us informed every step of the way, and have always been attentive, kind and helpful. We love the house we are buying so much, but if we were ever inclined to sell, I would definitely use them again, for both buying a house through them, or selling.<br><br>A huge thank you to all of the team!

As a first time buyer, I was under the impression buying a property was stressful, but this was absolutely not the case thanks to Georgia and the rest of the team.<br><br>Georgia was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her communication was amazing; she sent regular updates via WhatsApp, which made it really easy to stay in the loop (I’m rubbish at answering the phone).<br><br>Aside from being pros at what they do, the team are also passionate. Georgia was genuinely excited for me to purchase my first home, and even went out of her way to deliver the new keys to me.<br><br>I couldn’t be happier, and will definitely be using No. 24 in the future. A big thanks to the team.
