From start to finish it was an honest valuation with evidenced right price to sell information. We sold within 2 weeks, after several viewings to a very reasonable offer. (and grateful for the informed feedback after every viewing). We have been kept informed the whole way through the sale, and the team were always able to update me on progress when I called for an update. Very pleased and with confidence would highly recommend this agency to any potential sellers or buyers.

1st May 2026 (5 days ago)If you're looking to buy property in Sovereign Harbour, I highly recommend Leaders Estate Agents Eastbourne. Adelaide and her team are friendly, enthusiastic, and thoroughly professional, making the whole experience both enjoyable and stress-free. Sovereign Harbour itself is a beautiful location, with its stunning marina setting, yet it feels more like a friendly village. It’s also conveniently close to both the town centre and the beach, offering the best of both worlds

I am new to the area and they provided quick and thorough advice, ensuring that I felt comfortable in viewing properties within my budget and to my specifications. Sydney in particular has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process - getting back to me quickly, acting professionally and friendly, and matching me with properties whenever they came through. I highly recommend Fox and Sons in Seaford if you are buying or selling!!
23rd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Highly recommend YOUR MOVE estate agents. We recently used them for both sale and purchase of property. Eastbourne branch were very good, from day one when Liam came to view our property and discuss our sale, through to updates all the way til completion. Our property sold extremely quickly, which we believe was partly down to Liams advice with regards to how to market the property and at what price point was relevant for the current market. We also purchased our new property from YOUR MOVE but with Polegate branch. Again, we couldn’t have been happier with the all round service given. From our experience of both Eastbourne and Polegate branches, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend anyone looking for house sale/purchase to try and deal with YOUR MOVE estate agents.

The sale went through reasonably quickly and they found a very suitable buyer to take over our treasured house. I would certainly recommend Leaders and use them again myself, when required.- 16th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)Simon, Annabel & Team From the very first meeting with Simon, I felt completely at ease about the whole selling process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made what can be a very overwhelming experience feel manageable. Throughout, he kept me informed and reassured every step of the way. I was then assigned Annabel as my handler, and she was absolutely fantastic. She supported me through all the ups and downs both the happy and stressful moments and was always there when I needed guidance or reassurance. The process itself wasn’t easy, which was no fault of mine or Fox & Sons, but the team truly went above and beyond. They kept me consistently updated, chased when needed, and showed real dedication to getting the sale over the line. My only concern throughout the process was the solicitor firm recommended/used alongside the sale which the buyer was using. Unfortunately, my experience with them was very poor and added a significant amount of stress. Communication was lacking, and at times it felt like there were unnecessary delays, which made the process more difficult than it needed to be. I would strongly suggest Fox & Sons review the solicitors they work with for future sales. That said, the team Simon has built in Polegate is outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you again for everything!

12th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)We brought a house from crane and co and they really were a great team, they were amazing at always updating us and pushing on the sale when it needed to be done. We worked a lot with Danny and if it wasn’t for him I don’t think the sale would’ve happened! Everytime I phoned crane and Co up they would also pick up the phone and the whole team was very friendly and would try and answer any queries! I would definitely recommend buying and selling through this company!

We are so happy with Ally and that she gave us a chance and even called us back 2 months after the actual viewing. At first landlord decided to go with another tenant before us but apparently tenant changed his mind and we did get it thanks to Ally! We’re really impressed professional they were always answered the phone fast,called back and answered any questions etc. It’s the first time i’m saying this but I recommend this agency. Thanks guys. 6th Dec 2025 (22 weeks ago)James from G&S was excellent, very helpful and not at all pushy or salesy. I found him very knowledge and just a really nice guy, so patient and happy to help as well. I have to say I felt very safe in his hands, which I found reassuring when lettiing my home. I felt I was seen as a person and not just another deal that needed to get signed off quickly. Within a week James had organised 5 couples to view and then he went through each applicant with me, stating their strengths or weaknesses as tenants. I felt that he wouldn’t have let me go forward with anyone he didn’t feel would be a good choice. They also organise everything you need, the EPC, gas and electric safety checks and itinerary. Nothing was too much trouble. I would whole heartedly recommend G&S, they’ve got it right, and the office is more accessible for parking being just outside of the main town.
