Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. Neil and his team were exceptional - being helpful, kind, understanding and always going the extra mile to be helpful and professional. They tried their best to make what can be a stressful process as easy as they could. On completion day, when I went to collect the keys, a bottle of champagne came with them. What a lovely gesture. My experience of using Ewemove Hove was wonderful and I am grateful to them for their human touch while still being professional. Cheers, Paul.

It however got a bit problematic with the deeds and it was an extremely stressful time for them with buyers and sellers putting pressure on.<br>Garry was exceptional !!!!<br>Then voice of reason, pulling the right strings at the right time and managing my parents with patience and understanding.<br>He also kept me updated which he didn’t have to do but meant I could help my parents along the way.<br>Well done and thank you for ‘knowing your customer and having emotional intelligence’

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier.
