22nd Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Unprofessional behaviour, at first I believed they were amazing until everything went Pete tong!! I was total multiple different things and then I was told there was something wrong with my credit even thought I proved I had nothing on my credit file I was then informed they were keeping my deposit but I could use it on another property BUT when I fill in the details to view the property I get the confirmation email and then I am not contacted so they are now ignoring me and they won’t reply to my emails stay away choose another agency….

Coming from a year of trying with other agents with an influx of low or bogus offers we needed to get the job done. Cue Mishon Mackay Hove which i wish we had engaged from the start.From the first very engaging visit to just over a week later when place was sold, everything went just the way it should. We cannot thank Oli and the team enough. Stand out points are passion, professionalism, ease to deal with, market knowledge and sheer drive to make a success of the engagement. Despite a minor bump in the road with the first buyer not being quite as ready as they had led to believe, they managed the situation well and provided advice as to the best next course of action. The second offer and sale went smoothly, so a great outcome in the end. We also used the associated conveyancing team suggested by Suzie and that worked well too! Thanks all.

We switched to HW after our existing agents were not getting much relevant interest and were making mistakes, missing appointments etc. HW were friendly professional and supportive, we dealt with Niaombh and Adam who I can thoroughly recommend!

Vicky could not have been more helpful and caring. Next time I’m renting a holiday flat I will go to her first! Highly recommend this company.

27th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)Eightfold is poorly run, with a lack of honesty, integrity and an incredible lack of any concern and respect for their tenants. Eightfold represent all the worst traits of lettings agents. I'm amazed this company get any good reviews at all. Not surprising that most of the good reviews are from landlords and ALL the bad ones from tenants. If you are a tenant, my advice would be to steer well clear of this revolting company if at all possible.
