6th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)PS&B have been witholding all funds for over 3 months and should be avoided at all costs, we moved out 2 months ago with no deductions to the deposit and have not gotten the money back, with numerous staff we are emailing leaving the business over the past few weeks - still no resolution.<br><br>Please Google them to see the relevant articles, avoid!!

As a tenant, I understand that a letting agency's primary responsibility is to protect the landlord's interests. However, what stood out to me was that Ben and the team always treated us with respect and genuinely cared about our experience as tenants. They saw us as people, not just occupants. While not every issue could be resolved immediately or exactly as we hoped, they consistently did their best to help, communicate clearly, and find practical solutions. Whenever problems arose, they were responsive, professional, and committed to supporting us throughout our tenancy. Ben is truly exceptional in the property industry. And they actually had a plan for how to market our property, which sadly, is unusual. It worked and we got two Buyers in a few weeks and proceeded successfully with one of them. The supervision thereafter was good and either Jessie or Mark (or Nick from the Brighton branch) was always around to message or speak to. Good sensible advice. Calm. Professional.

James checking in regularly to see how things were carrying on and had impeccable communication skills. He came with a wealth of knowledge about the local community that we were moving into and gave some great insights into schools and local clubs for our children. We are very happy with our new purchase and cannot wait to make long lasting memories together as a family.
19th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)I was moving from Brighton to Newhaven and the process was complicated, owing to hiccups along the chain which were out of our control. I had a wonderful agent handling our sale in Brighton, whom I trusted one hundred percent, and I was anxious that the agent handling the Newhaven house might perhaps prove to be untrustworthy. But I had no need to worry. From the outset Blaiz, Shirley and Garry proved themselves to be honest and proactive without any sense of 'hard sell'. In addition, they were always pleasant and helpful in their dealings with me. As matters developed, Garry was remarkable in progressing my purchase. I have no hesitation in recommending the Peacehavn office one hundred percent. Thanks for everything.
