8th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I recently purchased a property from Fine & Country/Sawyer & Co with Matthew Higgins as my estate agent. Matthew was very patient and helpful throughout. There were some external delays along the way (such as waiting for documents from the Council) and Matthew was relentless in helping to chase them down to ensure the solicitors got the information they needed for the sale to go through.

Namely Harriet, Lorraine and Gina. We have always relied on them for recommendations for service people and they haven’t let us down. We are so grateful to them and they come highly recommended.

The sale went through reasonably quickly and they found a very suitable buyer to take over our treasured house. I would certainly recommend Leaders and use them again myself, when required.

We saw the house listed online via Ancells. 1hr 45mins drive later. The home we saw felt so homely. We couldn't stop talking about it and how professional both Kelly & Jayne had been. 22nd May 2026 (30 days ago)Richard provides an outstanding service which I would thoroughly recommend. He has provided complete transparency, along with detailed knowledge drawing on his obvious extensive experience. He has ensured that he worked with me to achieve the best value for the property, and succeeded! It took around 8 weeks for the property to go on sale until sold. This actually on the lower end of the typical selling time for the area, so another point of success. I have been continuously updated throughout the entire process, and also responds very promptly to any emails I have sent. I also want to mention that for the services provided (photos and advertising etc), that the fee is a very fair price, and good value.
22nd May 2026 (30 days ago)The worst estate agent I've ever used! I booked a viewing at a property, but when I arrived at the address, the building wasn't there. I spent over 30 minutes looking for it and asking strangers walking by, but no one had ever heard of it! I called the agent, I emailed the agent, and despite all of this, NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO REPLY TO ME! It's been over a week. Don't waste your time with these people!

The process and work with both of them had been very pleasant from the first meeting until the handing over of keys. The communication was clear and open so that we managed to get the apartment in the shortest possible time.
