We have just recently moved to a new home and the move from start to finish was dealt with by Ben. Ben was fantastic and extremely quick at securing a suitable property for us, and then at getting back to us with any questions we needed answering and forwarding anything to us that needed our attention. He understood that we were nervous movers and dealt with every concern we had with kindness and efficiency. Through no one's fault there was a very brief hiccup half way through the process (as often happens) when the new landlords needed to delay the move slightly but this was all sorted out for us by Jessica and her colleagues with arrangements put in place with our previous landlords to extend our leaving date, without us ever having to worry about a thing. I would very happily recommend Leaders to tenants looking for a home. I was called the next day after expressing my interest in a property, they rushed to get me booked in with a broker to check my affordability, but afterwards no one made any further contact even after I chased them. They lied saying “sorry I have been busy in meetings etc” and then disappeared again.
