4th Dec 2025 (17 weeks ago)Davies & Way have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The whole team - Steve, Ellen, Polly and Jo - are all super knowledgable, proactive, friendly and understanding. Steve took incredible photos of our home leading to multiple offers in a short period of time. Jo is amazing with viewings - so passionate. Ellen and Polly have just been absolutely fab - thank you for putting up with all my questions!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Davies & Way - the house we're buying was also through another D&W branch and they were equally great.
9th Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)Amazing landlords when they need your money, will tell you want you want to hear but once they have what they need financially they kick you to the kerb.. telling you the property is yours for as long as you want… they giving you a bull story as to why they need the property back… taking you for your full deposit and then re letting the property for a higher price.- 16th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Both Lettings and Sales have been helpful and supportive over the many years I have used their services

13th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Bad experience here. I have been waiting for the return of deposit since 08/09/2024 (check-out date), at time of writing the date is 04/12/2024. Despite asking for updates and calling, I have not received any response from this agency for 2+ weeks. IMO, there are many other options in Bristol worth trying before Chase Buchanan Downend.

They were were accessible, proactive in communication and supportive throughout and were happy to field our questions and deal with our frustrations. We really appreciate how this impacted on our move and how it made us feel. We will definitely be recommending David James to friends in the area when they come to move.

11th Nov 2025 (20 weeks ago)I changed my selling agent as the previous one was over optimistic. I owned a property which was unmortgagable because of spray foam roof insulation and a solar lease running until 2036. Andrews advised letting them find a cash buyer. They did, but only one. They were able to get a satisfactory price with the exceptional help of Abby Thomas at a crucial time when it seemed that the one buyer might withdraw or seek a substantial price reduction. Thanks to Abby I was able to agree a price acceptable to me and my co-owner.

Communication was excellent throughout, and Lisa was always approachable, responsive, and reassuring. Her attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome really stood out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy estate agent.

From start to finish, the team were professional, helpful, and incredibly easy to deal with. Communication throughout the process was excellent. I received frequent updates, so I always knew exactly what was happening with the sale. Whenever I had a question, the staff were easy to contact and quick to respond, which made the whole experience much less stressful. I would highly recommend Moorfields Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell their property. An excellent service all round!

They’ve kept us in the loop every step of the way, kept things moving and have provided feedback within an hour of every viewing. They’re a really friendly and approachable team and they’ve been really easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.
12th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)The agents were generally adequate, though punctuality was a concern. During one arranged inspection, the agent arrived over an hour late. I had contacted the office beforehand to cancel as I was no longer available, but the agent still attempted to gain entry and became defensive and confrontational when refused access. My main concern is with the property management companies they represent. I would strongly advise caution when dealing with properties managed by Forge Property Group. Despite being an exemplary tenant with a perfect payment record and maintaining the property to a high standard, they demonstrated extreme inflexibility. When my partner's grandfather passed away and we inherited his cat, Forge Property Group refused to allow it despite my offer of additional security deposit and the fact other flats in the building have pets. They refused to renew my tenancy solely due to this, then served a formal Section 21 eviction notice as a "precautionary measure" despite my full cooperation. The property was not redecorated between tenancies and basic maintenance required extensive follow-up. Future tenants: document everything in writing and be aware that flexibility cannot be expected from this management company.
