They kept us updated throughout the process and Lynne was so helpful towards the end of the process chasing up solicitors etc to finally make the sale complete! Would highly recommend

Market conditions at the time were not idea but we always felt reassured that we were in the right hands and that our goal would be achieved. The sale price achieved was excellent and worth the wait for the right buyer to come along. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Knight Frank Bath office to family and friends.

27th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)From putting our house on the market, to getting through to exchange the care and attention to detail given by Adele Baker was superb. When things got tricky she went above and beyond to expedite a solution in a very professional manner. The sales brochure was brilliant, based on Duncan’s excellent knowledge and advice. The support from Vicky Elias and Lucy Lingley-Stephens was also excellent and we were kept informed about progress every step of the way. All round the team at Goodman and Lilley gave superb service and I would recommend them without reservation.

23rd Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I chose DW Smith in Hanham to sell my childhood home, where my parents had lived for nearly 67 years after they both passed away. It has not been an easy process emotionally but from the first visit of Dave Smith to value the house & whose local knowledge & friendly personality was a major decision in choosing the best Estate Agent to market the house to the processing of the sale I can honestly say all the staff especially Karen who has been the point of contact after accepting the offer on the house have been amazing. I certainly made the right decision in choosing a small independent Estate Agent!

Tom, joe, Chandra and the team presented the house beautifully on the listing and displayed highly effective stakeholder management throughout the process supporting the sale through to completion. 30th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)The worst Estate agents ever. The bane of my life. Myself & My housemate laugh because every time something needs to be actioned, some how the estate agents mess it up. They constantly email us about the property and put for example number 15 when its number 5. There is a women called Sam who works there and she has the attitude of a 14 year old teenager. Snappy, rude behaviour and talked over me multiple times. When signing the tenancy, arranging paperwork to move into the property, Sam told us different figures for the deposit each time we spoke to her. When I questioned this, she was very immature and very rude. When I complained to House & Co they listened to the call and said they felt nothing wrong took place. But as someone who's worked in service for many years, I can assure you that her language was bratty and her attitude stunk. Told them three times that my housemates name was spelt incorrectly, but when we went in to sign the tenancy it was still spelt incorrectly which caused a delay. Weirdly, they said we never notified them of this. Another message Sam did not pass on. Twice, they have emailed us THE NIGHT BEFORE telling us a inspection is due the NEXT DAY. Then state they told us previously which was a lie. I also dealt with this estate agents when I bought a previous property. This was in 2020 with Covid19 causing many issues of course. The people I bought the property from were using House and Co for the sale of the property. The sellers left us all of their old furniture, rubbish, mess and honestly it was a bio-hazard. I contacted House & co multiple times to complain and they NEVER got back to me. Not once. I had to fork out over £4k for a skip. WORST ESTATE AGENTS EVER. Wil bratty staff. Good luck to anyone that uses them!

4th Dec 2025 (17 weeks ago)Me and my partner have been house hunting for a a few months and nothing was feeling right for what we wanted for our first home together, then I received a call from Connells regarding a property I had inquired about, and I spoke with someone ( iforgot his name now) but He was very professional and arranged a viewing for us, we were a bit nervous at first as we have been let down by the other viewings but they was confident they would find our first home. We actually submitted our application the day after the viewing because we just had the feeling ‘when you know you know’ we couldnt let it go and we haven’t looked back. It was approved/ accepted a few days later. From that point on, Connells was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, anyone who I spoke to was helpful and guided us through everything, and we never had to chase for updates they always kept us informed with the whole process from start to finish. I Couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone, they really do go above and beyond for you. Thanks everyone at Connell’s kingswood :)

Excellent support from Chris from the sales progression team after offer accepted and helped me navigate a difficult sale with mediocre solicitors on both sides. Worth the money, would highly recommend.
