Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.

26th Jul 2024 (9 mo. ago)We found Mathews polite and efficient. They were spot-on with the valuation and cheaper than some of their competitors. They were also responsive to the client's wishes and advised without seeking to impose their own ideas or preferences regarding price and terms of sale.

10th Feb 2024 (1 year ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

Signed instruction to market and within the hour the advert was online, and the sign was up! Great communication from the team so far! Looking forward to working with BW&W to sell my home.

31st Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Naomi, the manager took over £300 from my deposit for no justified reasons. Balcony something broke due to weather, on me. Dirty mattress prior, i used topper, still charged. Cleaning and oven cleaning over £100. Many things where X1 will need to cover for maintenance but they'll finesse tenants and make them liable.
