18th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)Excellent service. The price may be higher than other estate agents in the area but you are paying for their expertise and knowledge of Hoddesdon. Our property was initially priced at a value we wanted but it was recommended that we reduce a little at a strategic time in the holiday which resulted in many viewings and eventually the fast sale of our property. The solicitors they recommended (Juno) are also incredibly fast. Very impressed with the team at Hoddesdon. Thank you all for your guidance and professionalism you took the sting out of selling our home. Highly recommended

After dealing with another local estate agent and having the most horrendous experience with them I thought it couldn’t be possible to find an honest, friendly and professional estate agent, well look no further and save yourselves the stress, heartache, money and disappointment, I so wish I had used Kirby Colletti in the first instance. Kirby Coletti have been outstanding, they were excellent in every way possible and are truly superior to any other estate agents that I have had any dealings with ?????????? We sold and purchased from them and they amazed us from day one, they exceeded all our expectations and kept us updated on every step of they way, they were always courteous, honest and professional. 26th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)A very Professional team that appear to know the market very well indeed. Very straight forward and tell you how it is with honesty and that was important to us . I have to say they obviously had buyers in their portfolio wanting to buy our home in our location as we had two offers on the table on same day viewing and sold our home in 2 hours living on town park Harlow .
26th Apr 2024 (3 days ago)Where do I begin ? Had a viewing booked for 1 pm today. I showed up and there was two other people to view the room the same time as me. The agent bumped the price by 100£ monthly without even explaining why, the availability initially proposed was one month away, it's magically changed to immediate availability. The agent called me later on the phone asking me to pay the holding deposit AND first month's rent without even knowing the period I want to stay or any basic details any normal agent would want to know. The other one star reviews are legit, I don't recommend these guys.

5th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Terrible service from DavidLee, would not recommend them to anyone. Staff were rude and unhelpful and caused unnecessary stress to the sale of my property. Do not use DavidLee if you want a simple transaction to go smoothly!

3rd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Wes and Louis were amazing help throughout the sale process. From the first meeting with Wes discussing our plans to move, right up to the day of the sale. During our sale, our buyer had pulled out which threw everything up in the air. Wes and Louis managed to find us a new buyer on the same day and saved the whole move. Absolutely recommend Morgan Alexander for any move.

24th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)During the process of purchasing my flat I have listed and spoken to a numerous mortgage brokers. Despite the fact that my purchase proceeded with another estate agancy, I selected King's Group mortgage advisor. Stefano provided enormous knowledge, motivation and support that we needed at the time. Out of a dosen mortgage brokers I've spoken to, he was exceptional to us because he turned the very complicated purchase into a pleasant experience. The part of the process I was predicting would be the mot exhausting one, turned out to be completed in less than a week, thanks to Stefano, and that to me is an excellent client care and dedication. I will always ask for his services as I am certain I will get the best of a deal with Stefano. In a future I will recommend Stefano to all my family and friends who need financial advice and services of a professional and outstanding broker.

They were the only agent to get us viewings on our mid 16th century cottage, always ‘keeping the faith’ that they would find the right buyer. 20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
