27th Dec 2025 (10 weeks ago)Firstly, I was the purchaser and not the seller, but that didn’t stop Ross Johnson from treating us with respect, and his professionalism and hard work was over and above any Estate Agent I have ever dealt with. I would advise anyone who decides to sell their property in Newhall in Harlow to use the Church Langley office as their knowledge is first class. I would also say that if Ross and his team recommend you use a local solicitor take that advice as it will ensure that your sale runs smoothly. Thank you so much Ross, for ensuring we were able to be in for Christmas (by the skin of our teeth), it was all down to you.

29th Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)I didn’t sell my property through Park Lane Properties, but I did purchase my home through them and felt I had to leave a positive review — especially for Amie. Unfortunately, the estate agents who sold our home were terrible and dishonest, and dealing with them really highlighted how exceptional Amie was. We could only wish we had an agent like her on our side. Amie was honest, professional, and communicated brilliantly throughout the process. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. She did an excellent job representing her client, making sure we were financially ready to proceed and that everything was in place, which made the whole purchase far smoother than it could have been. I truly hope her client also leaves a positive review, as Amie was fantastic. She sets the bar incredibly high within the industry, and other estate agents, especially ours should really take a leaf out of her book. If you live in the area and thinking of selling, call Park Lane! Thank you Park Lane & Amie.

From start to finish, the process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with excellent communication throughout. Exchanging and progressing to completion in under a month was impressive, and their support and responsiveness made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Sarah, in particular, went above and beyond her role over a challenging six-month period, being available 24/7 and supporting us through every obstacle. Without her dedication and guidance, we truly don’t think we would have kept the chain moving to completion. Their professionalism, commitment, and personal touch helped make what could have been an extremely stressful process feel manageable. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

21st Feb 2026 (12 days ago)Honestly the best estate agents I’ve come across. Had so many experiences with different estate agents and they were very unhelpful and disappointing. Kai Davies from Target Property is so lovely. Very welcoming and polite. The process was so smooth because of him and his colleagues. Viewing completed, contracts signed and moved in within 2 weeks. So happy I went to them and forever grateful to Kai for the help and guidance. Definitely recommend this estate agents!
