22nd Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)We have been dealing with Alex at Intercounty with respect to letting our flat in Sawbridgeworth using the full management service. The service we have received has been exceptional. They have secured Tennants within two weeks and the whole process has been well managed and smooth. We have previously let our property through Intercounty and it's reassuring to see that they have maintained the high levels of service we previously experienced.
26th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)A very Professional team that appear to know the market very well indeed. Very straight forward and tell you how it is with honesty and that was important to us . I have to say they obviously had buyers in their portfolio wanting to buy our home in our location as we had two offers on the table on same day viewing and sold our home in 2 hours living on town park Harlow .

5th Mar 2024 (21 weeks ago)Terrible service from DavidLee, would not recommend them to anyone. Staff were rude and unhelpful and caused unnecessary stress to the sale of my property. Do not use DavidLee if you want a simple transaction to go smoothly!

24th Oct 2023 (9 mo. ago)During the process of purchasing my flat I have listed and spoken to a numerous mortgage brokers. Despite the fact that my purchase proceeded with another estate agancy, I selected King's Group mortgage advisor. Stefano provided enormous knowledge, motivation and support that we needed at the time. Out of a dosen mortgage brokers I've spoken to, he was exceptional to us because he turned the very complicated purchase into a pleasant experience. The part of the process I was predicting would be the mot exhausting one, turned out to be completed in less than a week, thanks to Stefano, and that to me is an excellent client care and dedication. I will always ask for his services as I am certain I will get the best of a deal with Stefano. In a future I will recommend Stefano to all my family and friends who need financial advice and services of a professional and outstanding broker.

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

A special shout out to Dan and Alison, who were heavily involved and are such lovely people to deal with. Would definitely recommend MacKays as a top estate agent - the best we have dealt with!
