From the very first interaction, they were professional, responsive, and completely dedicated to helping me through every step of the process. What impressed me most was their communication—always timely, transparent, and reassuring. I never felt out of the loop, and they were always available to answer questions or offer guidance. It was clear they had my best interests at heart throughout. Jay was professional, attentive, and genuinely client-focused. He took the time to show me the place, answer my questions, listen to my needs, explain the process clearly, and provide honest, helpful advice every step of the way. Rokeah was equally exceptional—organized, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure I felt supported from start to finish. Her communication was clear and timely, and she consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track. Together, Jay and Rokeah are a dream team. I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service

They were also very proactive in chasing the solicitors and the buyers when we needed. Get Clarknewman to market your house, we wasted 10 months with the othet estate agents in Harlow. They sold in a matter of weeks.

24th Oct 2023 (1 year ago)During the process of purchasing my flat I have listed and spoken to a numerous mortgage brokers. Despite the fact that my purchase proceeded with another estate agancy, I selected King's Group mortgage advisor. Stefano provided enormous knowledge, motivation and support that we needed at the time. Out of a dosen mortgage brokers I've spoken to, he was exceptional to us because he turned the very complicated purchase into a pleasant experience. The part of the process I was predicting would be the mot exhausting one, turned out to be completed in less than a week, thanks to Stefano, and that to me is an excellent client care and dedication. I will always ask for his services as I am certain I will get the best of a deal with Stefano. In a future I will recommend Stefano to all my family and friends who need financial advice and services of a professional and outstanding broker.
