Viewings were grouped together and were all conducted by Sean who had done valuation, so knew the house well. House sold in less than 2 weeks. I woukd highly recommend Cope & Co.

17th Mar 2025 (5 weeks ago)I have rented through two previous estate agents and it was definitely third time lucky with Burns and Reid, never had any issues, the one time I needed a minor repair in the property it was delt with the same day. I can't recommend them highly enough, they could definitely teach other estate agents how to do the job in a professional and caring manner.

Him and Rebeka did fantastic job. Without Nik I would have been in a very difficult position, however he made it possible and i have huge Respect for him. He deserves a medal for his dedication and hard work. Thanks so much for helping in difficult situation. Appricite all he he has done for us.

I found the team very helpful and professional and kept me up to date on all viewings and progress. They went over and beyond what one would expect. Fingers crossed that everything completes successfully but the first hurdle - finding a buyer - has been cleared, thanks Soraya!

I was kept up to date through the whole process of the sale, which has not always been my experience in the past. The team in the office were really superb, frequent communication through phone and emails and when I visited the office I was always made welcome.
