Everyone we dealt with was helpful, but a special shout-out goes to Chelsea, who was fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly proactive, always chasing solicitors, keeping us updated, and doing everything she could to help us get to completion smoothly. Highly recommend!

Kev who showed me around went above and beyond and with my situation helped me feel confident and safe in my desision. Mark has been such a joy, really friendly and helpful. Nothing has been too much for the team. Their knowledge of the area and the personnel touch when I was unsure of what I needed to do next was outstanding. The property was a little gem and I would definitely used Savidge and Brown again and would recommend them in an instant. Thank you so much

6th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)Phoned up to enquire on a property they had advised for sale met with a complete lack of interest from the staff member who was not only rude but dismissive, fortunately the house is advertised with another agent where we have been able to since view the property with no hassle! If you are thinking of selling or looking to buy completely avoid these bunch of clowns.

30th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)I would definitely use lighthouse estate agents again in the future. I have only sold a property through them but I found Simon very helpful and courteous and was able to make contact at any time with him and get good sound advice. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing had been too much, and they have made it all as straightforward as possible. I’d like to put in an individual review for Rhonda. Having only been in the job for less than 4 months when I first met her, she proved herself to be a thoroughly class act in her role. I would recommend her for a pay rise or/and a promotion. Thanks guys

Then throughout the process Matt helped provide updates and the solicitors were great. Fantastic deal experience I will be recommending to everyone and coming back if I want to sell!

18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.
1st Nov 2025 (22 weeks ago)Well it all started good. Then when you try to phone, your call constantly goes to voicemail. They say they return all calls, well this was not the case. At the end of the 16 week contract we split with Woodward. We thought going for a small local company would be a good idea, this was unfortunately a bad idea. We did not sell, when was got the keys returned, rather than talk to us, to have any feedback, literally they posted the keys through the letterbox and ran off. Bad experience in general. I would not recommend.

Becky, who came round to go through the initial contract and then was responsible for showing viewers round our home is extremely warm, friendly and made sure she knew everything about our home and the area. The girls in the office are amazing, especially Lucy who was our property consultant, they make you feel like you are their only customer. We have moved to our forever home but if we did move again we wouldn’t sell with anyone else! Highly recommend.
