15th Dec 2024 (6 mo. ago)Branch Manager Krystle and team members Jada and Asad did a fantastic job in helping me to sell two properties in the Midlands. I am based on the west coast of Canada and I was concerned that the 8 hour time difference might be a challenge in keeping the process moving but I neednt have worried. They were highly professional, great communicators, responded promptly to my messages, and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Krystle and her team.
24th May 2025 (24 days ago)We did all the leg work. Long contract very few viewings. Lack of communication no updates unless we chased them. Seemed to just give up trying to market our property within weeks. Total waste of time. Avoid

15th Feb 2022 (3 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

They refuse to do any virtual/video viewings. Considering both me and my partner were born in England (both British citizens/residents) I have no idea what the issue is.

18th Jan 2025 (21 weeks ago)Overall average, agent understood urge to move and sell and overpriced the property and did not communicate with us weekly or fortnightly as stated in contract. Had to contact agent, also due to lack of interest they did two viewings for people who were not even on the market yet. Staff were pleasant and were charming enough, maybe due to the state of the market and interest rate rise this will have factored into the reason they could not sell the property, however lack of communication and plan of action lead us to take off the market with them.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Nikki worked extremely hard, especially as at times it was a complicated chain, but still she was positive, proactive and didn't hide away. Andrew Grant Stourbridge and Wyre Forest - Stourbridge
Unit 1 and unit 2 Cupola, Spetchley, WR5 1RS(3 reviews)31st Aug 2024 (9 mo. ago)We were buying our dream house through Andrew Grant in 2023 and they were selling ours as well, to supposedly make the process easier. I would never use or recommend Andrew Grant for either selling or buying property. Andrew Grant insisted on a £5000 reservation fee for the house we wanted to buy (more than the normal £3000). Andrew Grant then put the house (we thought we were buying) back on the market after just 4 months, but refused to give us our £5000 reservation fee back. At the same time they changed the wording across their website from “the property ‘will’ be marked as Sold Subject to Contract” to “the property ‘may’ be marked as Sold Subject to Contract” after the buyer pays the reservation fee. The matter is now being dealt with by The Property Ombudsman and Trading Standards will hopefully be involved. Buyers beware- do not leave a reservation fee with Andrew Grant! Any buyers or sellers considering using Andrew Grant should read their T&Cs very very carefully before entering into any agreement with them and keep all copies of any correspondence.
