My property was under offer even before the photographer showed up. My solicitor and other agents also commented how pleasant it was dealing with them. Excellent service level; can't recommend them highly enough.

They were quick with their responses and had all my paperwork approved within a week of visiting the property. We managed to get approved all within a week and kept in contact throughout the process. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and professional, they were able to help me with any questions I had. Overall a seamless process without fault.

Not only speaking from the tenant perspective but as a professional person I can quickly pick up on the service that the agents provides. In my case,Ive been working with Cameron Adams for almost 4 years. Not only they are very responsive, deals with the maintenance very promptly ,understanding,kind and caring ,but always takes your personal issues into consideration before any decision is made. It is rare to find managing agents like Cameron Adams that truly cares for the people and not only the money. Humble and with great morals. They are always there to support not only the landlords but also the tenants. The way they treat their customers is extraordinary. With a such a sensitivity, empathy and understanding that makes you feel being that part of their family. I feel lucky to be their tenant. It is extremely hard part to take when two sides of opinions does not align . It is never easy to be a middle person wanting both parties to be happy. They also found a property for me and my family which we needed within a week. They organised and carried out all jobs for us and managed every detail. This would have been so very stressful for us to manage. I can honestly say that this is a five star agency You will not regret using Hunt they are experts and a wonderful group of friendly property managers to deal with We cannot thank you enough we are so happy in our new home.

11th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)I used Pennine Kennedy for a new build conveyance last year and my experience was absolutely awful. They made a significant mistake in their memorandum of advice. Their negligence on the matter has caused me to lose almost £70k. I found that they are unresponsive when you need legal counsel the most, perhaps because of high staff turnover and because they take on too many matters. What is even more disrespectful and a wonton breach of their duty of care to clients is that I raise a complaint in January and still have not received a response. They keep stalling me. I am now taking it up with SRA, Legal Ombudsman, and lawyers. If I were doing it again, I would use a conveyancer that comes recommended by an impartial party (not real estate agents that refer work to them) and has the capacity to handle the conveyance with the care it deserves.

He certainly went above and beyond at every step in the process of selling my mother’s house. I would certainly recommend him and would use his services again.
24th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves.

25th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Highly recommend William Rose, with a special shout out to Gok. We first used William Rose to rent a home and then subsequently purchased our first home through them! Both as a tenant and as a buyer the service was excellent, great communication and friendly staff. Should we ever come to sell our home I'd for sure be returning to William Rose to facilitate. Highly recommended independent estate agent. Thank you for everything!

Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.

5th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)We recently sold our house through Michael and he was amazing throughout the process.He managed a difficult chain really well, and was an excellent communicator throughout. Michael went above and beyond, not only providing the service we engaged him for, but also offering good general advice on the buying and selling process, and being a property owner! And all of this was provided at a fee that is much lower price than changed by others.Would 100% recommend.
