9th Mar 2025 (11 weeks ago)Although we got off on an unfortunate start to our tenancy (with lots of initial issues with the property) the team at Completion Lettings have made sure all our needs have been attended to. They are increasingly quick to respond to our concerns and I could safely say I would recommend going through this property management company for lettings. Harris particularly has been a superstar and is very on the ball, so big thanks to him ????????

19th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)My husband and I tried to rent a property through this agency. Initially, the person who helped us and was in charge of carrying out our entire process was very friendly and attentive. Suddenly our agent informed us that the property we were interested in no longer had its initial value and whether there would be any problems for us. As the added value was not much, we informed them that everything was fine. They sent a reference check link and we filled it in with all the necessary information and were honest and loyal to everything they told us, including that my husband had VAT, which was something that helped us a lot in our financial adjustment process. Shortly after we completed the entire process of filling out the information, my husband contacted our agent and asked if there would be any problem, as he had to inform about IVA, which until then we didn't know if this would affect the process. The agent asked why we didn't inform her sooner. So we said, “It wasn't reported because they just weren't asked about it in the interview.” - But we were sincere when reporting all this information in the verification link. And even so, they continued the process to rent the property, they even requested full payment of the deposit and we did so. Not only did we agree to pay the extra rent, but we also made some good offers. This entire process, which should have lasted days, lasted 1 month and in the end they rejected it. OK, it's okay. Despite the delay, we understand the entire situation regarding IVA. My husband requested a refund which would take up to 7 days, it has been two weeks. We later learned that by not having informed about IVA, the agency would have the right to keep part of the deposit, something that for us is not certain if all this information was passed on in the check and reference link. Since my husband and I are already so tired of this whole situation, we decided to let it go, we just wanted to get the rest of our deposit back. My husband called because we need a refund of the deposit to put on another property. And spoke to the manager who asked for 24 hours. It's been 48 hours and nothing. We kept calling today, 10/18/24, and they said it would be in the account at 5pm, but it is now 8pm. I don't know what else we should do to resolve this situation. ????
16th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. 24th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Highly recommend. Viewed property pretty much soon as I found it. Staff was amazing with my child who was very inquisitive. Then the whole process of referencing and deposits etc and getting keys was straight forward. Any issues we have had the team at Larkham and pike have been so attentive. And very genuine. Can’t ask for much more from letting agent!

24th Aug 2024 (8 mo. ago)We hired Highcastle Estates to assist me to find suitable tennant’s to lease my mother’s bungalow in Essex. Living in California made it very challenging, so I was very fortunate to be assigned Panay and Rica from this office that work extremely hard and to help us find excellent tenants to move in. Panay kept in constant contact with me via WhatsApp and guided us through the process, he was very professional and easy to communicate with. Being a landlord myself for 16 years I can appreciate his efforts and work that goes into finding a suitable tennant for a home and I feel Panay checked all the boxes. I had spoken to him on the phone first and felt comfortable talking to him We had an open day on Saturday and today is Thursday and have got more than the asking price. Honestly I would recommend presidential estates 100% Thank you Stuart
