3rd Jul 2024 (24 days ago)The Abatoria Team have been first class in organising my move onto my recent rental property in Wapping. Everything has been super pro-active from the initial viewing, contract signing through to the final move. They were brilliant liaising with the owner and organising the purchase and installation of al the furniture I requested prior to the move. On arrival all furniture was constructed and in place, all the amenities including internet were fully functional. The couple of small snags I had were dealt with immediately. Having rented many properties in several countries and being a landlord myself I cannot recommend Abatoria enough they are brilliant !

26th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)As a new renter, Completion Sales and & Lettings were very happy to help me to obtain a property. They were quick with their responses and had all my paperwork approved within a week of visiting the property. We managed to get approved all within a week and kept in contact throughout the process. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and professional, they were able to help me with any questions I had. Overall a seamless process without fault.
24th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I would advise avoiding the company all together. Expect high levels of unprofessionalism, incompetence, poor property management and intentionally long delays in communications.

25th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)The whole process was very easy and smooth, and very fast. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Harry was very helpful, super efficient and extremely kind during the whole process, from the day of the viewing to finally getting the house.
13th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)Rude and unprofessional. Lettings team could do with some training and customer service skills. Asked one qualifying question (If I will be using social welfare benefits even after I said we are both fully employed), and told me (in condescending voice) that they will contact me if they have available viewing times. Of course they didn't... And a note to person responsible for copy/paste your typical response: "Sorry to hear that you are not happy. Can I ask what this is regarding so I can see if I can help"... don't bother. Train your staff to treat people with respect.

Not only speaking from the tenant perspective but as a professional person I can quickly pick up on the service that the agents provides. In my case,Ive been working with Cameron Adams for almost 4 years. Not only they are very responsive, deals with the maintenance very promptly ,understanding,kind and caring ,but always takes your personal issues into consideration before any decision is made. It is rare to find managing agents like Cameron Adams that truly cares for the people and not only the money. Humble and with great morals. They are always there to support not only the landlords but also the tenants. The way they treat their customers is extraordinary. With a such a sensitivity, empathy and understanding that makes you feel being that part of their family. I feel lucky to be their tenant. It is extremely hard part to take when two sides of opinions does not align . It is never easy to be a middle person wanting both parties to be happy. We had promised to Exchange within two weeks and that is what we did, and also complete. I would highly recommend them to anyone for a residential purchase.

As a first time buyer I needed some hand holding and Michael walked me through the process with ease. I’ve been looking for over a year, tried every estate agent in the area, and can honestly say Settle were hands down the best. If I ever have to sell up, I’ll be going straight back to them.
