22nd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers

27th Mar 2019 (5 years ago)2 burglaries in our building in 1 week (same thief different nights) and our Strettons team has not even come to visit us. CCTV was not working! After 1st burglary they didn't even change door code. When asked to come to the building to meet with police, they said they couldn't make it. I wish this review were a joke. Thumbs up please if you want other people to be able to read this review.

I was desperate to complete before Christmas as I was potentially homeless and Jon pulled out every stop to make sure this happened. I cannot thank him enough.

I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service

I will recommend them to family and friends. Bds Property has looked after my property for the last 3 years and the service is very professional and I always get a quick response from them if I have any issues and concerns. 16th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Please make sure if you are renting a property from them to take all the tiny details and pictures of the flat especially if it is an old flat. When the time comes for check out you will need to prove to get the deposit back. Be very careful. 27th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!

My viewing was arranged in literally the same day we managed to make an offer on the very day. She kept on communicating with us the whole time. Everything was managed and all the paperwork was carried out very quickly as well. I love the apartment I moved in, Thank you very much for all your support and effort. We are enjoying our new residence.

We were selling for a particular property rather than wanting/needing to move and our agent with E10 Homes has been a brilliant communicator, open, honest and we felt in very experienced and capable hands in how the market is at the moment. Cannot recommend enough

Plus, Max and Ella were great throughout the whole process. Their teamwork and responsiveness made renting a breeze. I'd definitely recommend Love Living for their top-notch service and awesome team.
