They were quick with their responses and had all my paperwork approved within a week of visiting the property. We managed to get approved all within a week and kept in contact throughout the process. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and professional, they were able to help me with any questions I had. Overall a seamless process without fault.

31st Mar 2024 (30 days ago)I was viewing a house for sale with the estate agent Donna Faircloth from Woodbury Homes and we had our time slot for 1pm and we waited for our time session but some other couple stood closer to the door and told her their time was for 1:45pm but asked to view early so she told us to wait as she'll show us after these people and so we waited. She eventually called us in while the other couple were viewing the garden and the rest of the house Then we were viewing the kitchen, the other couple were starting to leave so she asked us to wait and shut us in the kitchen so she can talk privately to the other couple. This was a bad experience and was the worst estate agent I have ever viewed with. I hope that Woodbury Homes does call me to explain Donna's behaviour and apologises for her leaving us in the kitchen for so long when she could have just let us view the rest of the property.

Panay was great in terms of liaising with all parties involved and handling enquiries in an efficient manner. He represented himself professionally and is a credit to Highcastle Eststes. I am over the moon as my completion date is the 15th March 2024. I can not wait to pick up the keys to my new property and meet the team at the Goodmayes Branch. 3rd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)I recently had a very disappointing experience while searching for a rental property. The person with vitiligo who attended to me was extremely demeaning and even went as far as to imply that I was wasting his time within just two minutes of our conversation (it was empty, no costumers, just me) Despite my inquiries about properties listed on their website, he insisted on pushing his own suggestions, claiming to know better. This behaviour was unprofessional and disrespectful, and it greatly detracted from my overall experience. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, this was severely lacking in my interaction with this individual.

Both as a tenant and as a buyer the service was excellent, great communication and friendly staff. Should we ever come to sell our home I'd for sure be returning to William Rose to facilitate. Highly recommended independent estate agent. Thank you for everything!
