Joseph and Beata were so helpful with setting everything up for me and were always around to help me with anything I needed during my time at the flat. I couldn’t have asked for better people to help me find a place to live and will always be thankful to them for all the support and guidance they gave to me during my time living there.

23rd Sep 2022 (2 years ago)A window in the flat broke in November, almost a year later and we find out from the tenant that they haven't fixed it. Will not respond to calls or return them. Property managers seem to change every three months and no new manager seems to have any idea of what the previous ones said or did. Avoid.

When we met Alex it was his confident, professional and approachable manner, together with his competitive rates that meant we selected his firm to deal with the sale of a flat in the Barbican. The property was well marketed and secured plenty of viewings with prompt feedback. Both Alex and Mark were superb and so helpful in their approach. Alex also needs to be congratulated on the way he dealt immediately with an unforeseen problem that occurred. We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending AW Childs Estate Agents for selling any property. It was a pleasure to work with Alex.
