Rory was always just a call or email away when I needed him, and his professionalism and expertise truly stood out. He kept me thoroughly updated throughout the entire selling process and offered fantastic advice every step of the way. Rory is a real credit to MOV8, and I’ll genuinely miss our interactions. Highly recommend!

She was always on hand to answer any questions we had and made sure to discuss new information with us as soon as she had it. I highly recommend Elaine Gray & will definitely be contacting her in the future if we decide to move again.

17th Dec 2024 (5 weeks ago)Purchased a house with M&M and I can hardly say I’m impressed with the attention to detail. Received my invoice and paid immediately in full on the day of purchase, apparently the cashier had claimed it was £35 short.. no apologies for sending the wrong invoice over and no new receipt of invoice for this alleged fee when I had paid the additional- a very minor display of incompetence compared to what happened next. I moved into my house and my solicitor Shannon had advised me I had 5 working days to notify her of anything not working that would be over £400 to repair, and reminded me to check the heating system, I did and it didn’t work. The property also contained a cellar, for which I did not receive the keys for. When I had notified Shannon of both of my issues I was told “there was no heating mentioned on the home report, therefore I would have to accept it due to it being sold as seen” and “I have asked the seller, she doesn’t have the keys” when I asked for a resolution I was then advised “I have checked the deeds and you do not own or have access to the cellar that is built in to the property” considering this was built in to the house I felt it would be relevant to ask who owned the cellar. The response then started to change to “if I would like access to the cellar I could force entry via a locksmiths and she could put it to the seller to see if they would pay if it was over £400” I’m just washing my hands with the situation now and putting it down to a bad decision to go to Mcdougal and McQueen for the house purchase, hopefully I’ll be able to one day access the cellar within my purchased home . I do not recommend this firm for property purchase.
12th Jan 2025 (9 days ago)We chose Aberdein Considine as they offered the cheapest quote from the 3 companies we contacted. They were prompt in all communications and we felt they worked hard at selling our home. We were particularly impressed with their viewing agents.

This is now out 2nd house sold by Andrew and his team. I would absolutely recommend over anyone else. I have used other estate agents but Avenue Road go the extra mile every time. 4th Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)Best in class! One stop shop for BTL owners. I was introduced to Thomas and Gavin for my first BTL mortgage. Both were diligent, responsive and very knowledgeable. Got me a Fantastic deal in high interest rate market. Once I had secured my property, Gavin mentioned that they do lettings too and impressed by my first hassle free mortgage experience I decided to trust Gavin, Kasim and Hayley to get my property on the market and manage the letting. Again, super fast, efficient and no nonsense approach. I have recommended their service to everyone I have comes across looking for mortgage or letting services. Their promptness and clear open communication is an absolute winner. Looking forward to doing more business with them.
