Communication is great, we were really happy with how the property was advertised, and they were always on hand with friendly advice if and when required. Overall we couldn't have asked for more, I would definitely recommend.

3rd Nov 2023 (1 year ago)(While the company did finally provide compensation, it's important to note that I still experienced a significant opportunity cost as a result of their actions.) It has undeniably been the most regrettable experience of my lifetime, dealing with a solicitor team that exhibited a severe lack of professionalism and courtesy. Initially, I placed my trust in them based on their positive Google reviews, which now appear to be misleading and have led to significant frustration and inconvenience on my part. The solicitor in question was Shari, who astonishingly took a full year to complete the anti-money laundering check, despite my having submitted all required documents promptly. To compound matters, she repeatedly requested the same information, leading to redundant submissions. Regrettably, she ceased all communication, failing to respond to both my emails and those from the seller's side. My attempts to reach her went unanswered for two months until she seemingly disappeared without a trace. I was dismayed to find myself in such a predicament. In desperation, I enlisted the assistance of the estate agent, who contacted Joni, the National Head of Conveyancing. However, this interaction proved to be equally disheartening, as Joni not only displayed a lack of professionalism but also declined to provide any insight into the unilateral breach of contract, responding in a profane manner. I strongly advise against engaging with this company. As a result of their inefficiency, my funds remained in limbo within my bank account, as I had initially believed they could promptly resolve their business matters. Consequently, I have incurred substantial financial losses due to the failure of Simpson & Marwick to deliver on their commitments.

The North Berwick team were always responsive and friendly, and above all professional. They know their business.

Going forward with the house sale, Robert couldn't have been better, keeping me updated throughout the whole process, it was outstanding service and second to none. Thanks to the experience I received from Drummond Miller through Robert, I intend to use them again very soon when I sell my parents' house. Highly recommend without reservation

Any minor repairs in the house (one of the radiators wasn't working) were fixed quickly and all paperwork and deposits were dealt with quickly. We would recommend renting with Burgh Property.

However, we needn’t have been—Cameron and his team were outstanding from start to finish. They demonstrated deep knowledge of the local property market, gave sound advice throughout, and managed the entire process with professionalism and care. Their communication was always prompt, clear, and reassuring, which made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Thanks to their expertise and strategic approach, they secured a fantastic result for us—far exceeding our expectations. We felt in very safe hands throughout, and we’re truly grateful for the excellent service we received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Savills, and will certainly use them again in the future.

Craig and the team were professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout. Craig put a lot of thought into every part of the process — from the photography and video to the marketing strategy — and it showed. His attention to detail and hands-on approach gave us confidence, especially given how competitive the Edinburgh market can be. Communication was clear and consistent, and we always felt supported. We’d definitely recommend Revere to anyone selling in Edinburgh.
