8th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)I just went through the renting process with Churchs. Shermaine was extremely helpful throughout the process and exuded professionalism. Her communication was excellent, and she was constantly assuring me and my wife throughout the process. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with an estate agent to use them. A year later John helped us move into our current home. He went out of his way to ensure we got a bigger house ,at a chepaer price in a much more nicer Neighbourhood. Would highly recommend again and again .

The seamless process (which we anticipated to be a nightmare) was purely down to the professionalism and helpfulness of the team. Matt Syme couldn’t have been more help if he tried - always there to answer questions or straighten out any confusion. He really went above and beyond. I would recommend to anyone in the Hoddesdon area to use these guys!

After dealing with another local estate agent and having the most horrendous experience with them I thought it couldn’t be possible to find an honest, friendly and professional estate agent, well look no further and save yourselves the stress, heartache, money and disappointment, I so wish I had used Kirby Colletti in the first instance. Kirby Coletti have been outstanding, they were excellent in every way possible and are truly superior to any other estate agents that I have had any dealings with ?????????? We sold and purchased from them and they amazed us from day one, they exceeded all our expectations and kept us updated on every step of they way, they were always courteous, honest and professional. Their services were so very professional and all the team we dealt with in Stanstead Abbotts were extremely good. They achieved the right buyer at the right time and the whole procedure was very efficient and the timing was first class. We would have no hesitation to highly recommend them if you want a smooth easy move. A big thank you to Jon, Lucy, Sarah, Linda and the rest of the team for all their help. Keep up the good work.

5th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Terrible service from DavidLee, would not recommend them to anyone. Staff were rude and unhelpful and caused unnecessary stress to the sale of my property. Do not use DavidLee if you want a simple transaction to go smoothly!

Via Properties let our property for us after it had been marketed with two other local agents - we were initially doubtful on what extra service they would give us but we are so glad we worked with them & wished we had them on board from the start!! Their service from start to finish was second to none, really friendly and informative, proactive and reassuring. The photography and marketing they put together was brilliant and quick. They found our tenants within a few weeks in a very quiet market. They were on hand to answer any questions and always responded to us quickly and helpfully. As first time landlords they really guided us through the process step by step and I always felt up to date and informed throughout. We were able to have open and honest discussions with Enzo and he really listened to us as clients and endeavoured to deliver the best result for us whilst taking all our concerns into consideration. We will no doubt use them in the future for our property needs for both sales and lettings. Just want to say a huge thank you to you all!

During our sale, our buyer had pulled out which threw everything up in the air. Wes and Louis managed to find us a new buyer on the same day and saved the whole move. David suggested a guide price valuation, followed by an open day for viewings, as he felt this would generate the best offers; we decided to go with them as sole agent. In the end we had 14 viewings over two open days and 6 offers above the guide price. We accepted the best offer with the shortest chain rather than the top offer, and this meant the sale was completed quickly and easily. I would recommend Reynolds Salter to anyone as highly professional advisors with a keen sense of the state of the market, and their experience in positioning our property was perfect.
