We'd be constantly calling Dave to ask him to chase the vendor's solicitor and he always did whilst maintaining good relations with all involved. Dave even spent an afternoon moving our furniture into our house! Thank you Dave - you have changed my view of estate agents for the better!

After having a truly horrible experience with an independent estate agent in Helston, we couldn't have been happier or more relieved than when we decided to call in the professionals. From the start, Ben from Jackson-Stops was able to identify where the previous agents were failing and knew exactly how to rectify the situation. He predicted that they would secure a sale within the month and that we'd be beginning the next chapter of our lives in the autumn, and that's exactly what he delivered. They are a very friendly team and extremely conscientious. We really couldn't have been happier with how the house sale went and their recommendation of a solicitor was also spot on. Thank you Ben, George and the rest of the Truro team. We wouldn't hesitate to use you again.

21st Feb 2025 (29 days ago)Disclaimer: We were looking for a commercial lease and did not proceed however we were impressed with the service and communication from Thomas. We cannot report on the experience after this point. We were interested in a property in Truro and had Thomas Hewitt show us around. He arrived promptly and was respectful. He gave us clear updates each step of the way after the viewing up until the heads of terms. Unfortunately due to external circumstances we were unable to pursue the lease beyond this point, however we were impressed with such frequent updates from the agent even if it's to say when I can expect a response to the questions we asked. Thank you for your time, hopefully we can be back in the future with our financials in order.

All the way through the process from first viewing, making offer, visiting for measurements Will has been amazing. The team has always responded to any queries quickly as possible when raised. They even managed to get hold of our estate agents when they failed to respond to us directly. All of the service was above and beyond and would highly recommend for anyone buying or selling a property. As for Will he went above and beyond for us visited many different properties and was always available when needed.

It was great to be able to call or text and get a prompt response, which is something we were unable to achieve with our previous agent. They were able to sell our property but we did unfortunately take a significant hit. We would have preferred to have achieved more from the sale but we’re pleased to have sold to a couple who fell in love with our home which is great to know as we have invested time, money and love into it during our decade of ownership. Thank you to the team for supporting us in our move!

DJR staff were professional, knowledgeable and diligent throughout the whole process and kept us informed right the way through. Impeccable customer service. We cannot recommend them enough.
