The team were great to deal with. The perfect mix of friendliness and professionalism. The property was presented well online, with photos that didn’t distort room sizes and proportions. Once we’d had our offer accepted, their online processes were very efficient, with email prompts easing us into the next step. Plus, the team were always on hand to answer any questions. It only took two weeks from seeing the property to getting the keys! We would definitely recommend erringtonsmith.

They were efficient with getting everything sorted and all the paperwork needed. We have not exchanged or completed yet but couldn’t fault them!

Greg was extremely helpful in resolving my queries, willingly and promptly doing practical things at the house to resolve issues raised by the surveyor, as I was moving from a distance. Everyone I spoke with there was friendly and efficient, and happy to share local knowledge.

I consider myself fortunate to have come across the property listed by G&L and managed by Vicky. Her understanding of needs, timescales and the necessary process was spot-on, and she provided valuable insight regarding potential improvements to the house. Vicky was exceptional throughout the buying process, and she played a crucial role in the conveyancing process and the successful outcome. I can wholeheartedly recommend Vicky and the services of Goodman and Lilley.
18th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)I honestly cannot praise this realtor and particularly Belinda enough. As a new resident of the UK she helped me find the best rental for my needs and budget. She then assisted me in what seemed insurmountable legal requirements. Her extra effort could only be truly appreciated when I gave up the let and moved to another county and found dealing with those agencies (6) an absolute nightmare wrt everything related to the rental. Aside the mental and emotional stress they cost me a good few extra £1000's of pounds. I was ready to throw in the towel when I was informed 2 days prior to the booked move that my application was successful. On the contrary ZERO STRESS or EXTRA COST WITH Peter Ball of Charlton Kings. I shall forever be grateful to them. I am sure if I had had dealings with the other agents on my arrival I would have packed up and gone home. BRAVO PETER BALL & BELINDA

29th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Sam is an absolutely fantastic agent - he was the only one of the agents we asked who would examined the house in detail and gave a realistic valuation instead of just asking what we were hoping for and parroting that value back. He clearly has lots of knowledge about the housing stock in the area, advised us how to make the house more sellable and got us loads of viewings and a committed buyer within a short period of time. Maybe other estate agents could do that, but where he really earned his fee was keeping the sale on track through various wobbles. Chasing everyone up, keeping people informed, recommending and contacting various services (without getting kickbacks) and generally making an unpleasant process as smooth as practical. Would highly recommend his personal service over the bigger outfits.

Tom has been amazing throughout the whole selling process and was on hand to answer any questions I had - and there were many!
