23rd Aug 2024 (24 days ago)We used Cotswold Estate Agents recently to sell my late mother’s house. It was a difficult time and Simon was very sensitive to that fact. He was very knowledgeable about the local market, well prepared with information on similar houses that had sold recently for comparison purposes and not at all pushy which was very important to me. They arranged a number of viewings and we were fortunate to be able to accept an offer quite quickly. From that point I dealt with both Simon and Sharon in the office. They are both friendly and helpful and they both have a good sense of humour which, at times, was very necessary as our sale was not without issues (none of which were anything to do with Cotswold Estate Agents). We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

17th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)Efficient and helpful. We were with multiagency (2 estate agents) and only with Andrew's less than a week before we accepted an offer from a buyer introduced by our original estate agent. However I would recommend Andrew's for their professionalism and local knowledge.
1st Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)Just wanted to put in a good word for Matthew Harris- he was such a gem! Went on a flat viewing with him the other night and he was so attentive and answered all my stupid questions and I kept him so much longer than intended so sorry about that matthew!! He was a really genuine nice guy though and was the only real estate agent I’ve met so far who I came away from feeling like he was a nice guy who wanted to help me! Big 10/10 thank you Matthew!
18th Jan 2024 (7 mo. ago)I honestly cannot praise this realtor and particularly Belinda enough. As a new resident of the UK she helped me find the best rental for my needs and budget. She then assisted me in what seemed insurmountable legal requirements. Her extra effort could only be truly appreciated when I gave up the let and moved to another county and found dealing with those agencies (6) an absolute nightmare wrt everything related to the rental. Aside the mental and emotional stress they cost me a good few extra £1000's of pounds. I was ready to throw in the towel when I was informed 2 days prior to the booked move that my application was successful. On the contrary ZERO STRESS or EXTRA COST WITH Peter Ball of Charlton Kings. I shall forever be grateful to them. I am sure if I had had dealings with the other agents on my arrival I would have packed up and gone home. BRAVO PETER BALL & BELINDA
9th Jun 2024 (14 weeks ago)We sold and bought through Knight Frank and would highly recommend. All staff we had touch points with were so friendly, helpful, professional and prompt with responses. Particular praise goes to Gemma Hutton who went above and beyond from the outset. She was invaluable when chasing various parties when our exchange hit several roadblocks further up the chain. Gemma kept us regularly fully informed and worked tirelessly to help secure our exchange. Her dedication and highly personable personality made what was a stressful situation (through no fault of Knight Frank) much more palatable. A huge thank you to Gemma and the Knight Frank team.

I have always felt confident that he's given me completely honest answers and guidance, rather than what I want to hear, finding him has been like gold dust, when it comes to buying/selling/letting, thank you so much Karl! 29th Oct 2023 (10 mo. ago)Sam is an absolutely fantastic agent - he was the only one of the agents we asked who would examined the house in detail and gave a realistic valuation instead of just asking what we were hoping for and parroting that value back. He clearly has lots of knowledge about the housing stock in the area, advised us how to make the house more sellable and got us loads of viewings and a committed buyer within a short period of time. Maybe other estate agents could do that, but where he really earned his fee was keeping the sale on track through various wobbles. Chasing everyone up, keeping people informed, recommending and contacting various services (without getting kickbacks) and generally making an unpleasant process as smooth as practical. Would highly recommend his personal service over the bigger outfits.

I work with many estate agents across the country and can comfortably say Kim and Tom at Winkworth in Cheltenham are the best. Extremely responsive, quick to reply, highly competent and always looking to proactively solve any problems that arise. I could not recommend or endorse them more strongly.
