We have always been very pleased with their reliable service. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Kathleen and Kylie in the rental department provide an exceptional service, they are easy to contact, very experienced, professional and dedicated to their jobs. We are very fortunate to have Warren Powell-Richards in Alton. We highly recommend them to both landlords and tenants.

I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

From the initial valuation from Adam, the ultimate professional, to the ongoing chasing and updating by Kathleen, we felt that they could not have done better. Kathleen, in particular, showed great tenacity in dealing with a number of issues, often overcoming the weaknesses of other parties in the chain, due in part to her skill at building relationships. She was so pleasant to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. I am happy to recommend the team at Hamptons.

She is extremely knowledgeable and has been absolutely amazing from start to finish with everything. She set my mind more at rest. She was available all the time to answer any questions I had and would always return my calls. She explained everything really well and clearly. I felt so supported through the process. She assisted me with finding the right mortgage provider for me and my particular situation. I also appreciated her friendly disposition. 29th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)We chose to go with Winkworth because of Henry's knowledge of the £1m+ market in Farnham and his confidence that he could achieve the full asking price. We certainly didn't regret the decision and in fact sold our property prior to the wider launch on Rightmove (and for a higher price than that proposed by another premium national estate agent). Throughout the process Henry kept the momentum at every obstacle and retained his positive and enthusiastic outlook. I would have no hesitation in recommending Henry, Chelsea and his team at Winkworth Farnham.

John was extremely helpful, personable, professional and was able to give us lots of local information. Everything was arranged very quickly and we're looking forward to opening our new shop in Wickham very soon. Steph, I am very thankful for your prompt responds to any of my requests and especially I am very grateful for reaching out to me on the application review day. I am convinced, if you would have not taken an extra mile by calling me that day to help with the situation, I would have missed a chance to be accepted. Thank you! The whole moving in process documentation was explained clearly via emails and phone calls, allowing me to set up everything I need for my new home quickly and less stressful. 18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
