Jodie's professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail meant it was a very pleasant, hassle-free experience for us, while her polite, friendly and compassionate approach took much of the stress out of a significant life event and was a breath of fresh air compared to many less than pleasing experiences with some of Chancellors' local competitors previously.

Although we used Purple Bricks to sell our house, we brought our new property through Gascoigne Pees. We had a huge lack communication from Purple Bricks but Melanie at Gascoigne Pees kept us up to date, helped get us to exchange & was the person who actually informed us our buyers chain was longer than we were originally informed of. Purple Bricks could take a leaf out of Melanie's book for customer service, chasing & looking after clients. Many thanks Melanie!

7th Mar 2025 (16 days ago)We were involved in several different estate agents in our house buying journey but Richard from Jigsaw goes the extra mile. He was polite and very efficiant from start to finish and always reachable! We met Richard as he was one of the agents (the better one) selling the house we wanted to buy, we where that impressed we immediately gave out current estate agent his marching orders and went with Jigsaw, this turned out to be the best decision we made. He not only sold our house quickly he then sold the two houses in the chain bellow us to complete the chain! He was on call from start to finish and always there to listen to me rant with house buying stress! So thank you Richard you are highly recommended by us and ive already been throwing your name around town..... Jigsaw do it how it should be done.

I cannot recommend highly enough, and I will going back when I come to remortgage. Thank you Sam!

Graham and the Nicholson’s team are some of the most genuine and trustworthy professionals I’ve ever come across. I first approached them late last year about a property they had available. I made an offer below the asking price, and after some negotiation, it was accepted. The property was leasehold, and throughout the sales process, several obstacles arose—at times, it felt like the deal was on the verge of falling through. However, I cannot fault Graham and the team in any way. Their professionalism, persistence, and problem-solving ensured a successful outcome. Finding an estate agent who is both honest and reliable is rare these days, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have come across this exceptional team. Graham, in particular, has gone above and beyond. He has always been available, no matter the time—whether it’s 8 PM in the evening or on a Sunday, he has never hesitated to assist. That level of dedication is almost unheard of in this industry. I highly recommend Nicholson’s and all the services they offer. It’s been a privilege working with them, and I look forward to any future dealings!

Although the process took longer than expected due to issues further up the chain (through no fault of our own), Karl was genuine, honest, and kept us informed every step of the way. He was thorough, and whether it was a call back or an email, he always got back to us very quickly. Despite the challenges, Karl did everything he could to keep things moving. It's clear why the agency has such a great reputation in the area. Highly recommended.
