The team were professional, approachable, and communicated clearly at every stage.<br><br>Andre and Jay deserve special recognition for their excellent service. They were proactive, clear, and reliable throughout, helping ensure everything progressed smoothly to completion.
27th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Purchase of my property was a very difficult process. The only thing that was easy was knights. Andrew the sales progressor worked tirelessly to ensure my purchase went through. Even with obstacles and hurdles he made sure I stayed well informed and made sure I got my keys. I would advise anybody buying or selling to use knights as without them this process wouldn’t have been completed. I will be using them again in the future.
24th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)My experience with Martin & Co Camberley has been extremely frustrating and, at times, very stressful. From the outset of my tenancy, I encountered significant disrepair issues that were not addressed within a reasonable timeframe. For example, I was unable to properly access the garden because the door lock was broken when I moved in, and it took approximately three months for this to be resolved. I also reported issues with no heating and leaking windows in the sitting room. It took around four months for anyone to attend regarding the windows, and to this day, there has been no proper resolution to the heating issue. As a result, the sitting room has been effectively unusable due to how cold it is. Despite raising these concerns multiple times, matters were consistently delayed, with little urgency or effective action taken, causing ongoing inconvenience. A particular concern was my interaction with the branch manager, Diane. When I attended the office to discuss these issues, I felt I was spoken over, not listened to, and treated in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. I was not given a fair opportunity to explain my concerns, which only added to the frustration. After raising a formal complaint regarding this conduct, I was subsequently served with a Section 21 notice. I understand that this type of notice does not require the landlord to provide a reason; however, from my perspective, I have met all of my obligations as a tenant, including paying rent in full and on time and not breaching the terms of my tenancy. This has made the situation feel particularly unfair. Since then, there have been further actions and communications that I consider unnecessary and disproportionate, which have caused considerable stress and disruption. Overall, I found the conduct at this branch to be unprofessional, unresponsive, and lacking in fairness. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and to keep thorough records when dealing with this agency.

31st Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)While looking for an Estate Agent in Bagshot, to manage the renting of my property, I decided to use Howlands since they’re a local family run property business with the reviews being positive and the prices competitive. I’m really pleased I made this decision with James, Sandy, and Allan providing a very professional service during the 18mth period. Communication was very good with any problems raised by the tenants addressed swiftly which provided peace of mind. Due to Howlands being a family run business they go the extra mile and ensure they offer a positive experience. Based off the positive experience I subsequently used Howlands for the sale of the property which also worked out very well. The photos of the property showcased the house very positively with the video walk-through organised by James also looking great. During the conveyancing process James and Allan did an excellent job with providing regular updates and managing the communication between the sellers. I’d thoroughly recommend using Howlands for renting, selling, or buying a property in the Bagshot area with it even more important to support this great local business.

Their exemplary organisation and communication skills (both critical for selling and buying properties) were outstanding. Everyone we dealt with at Hamptons was extremely personable and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Jon for the swift marketing and sale of our old property and for helping us to secure our beautiful new home! Recommended without hesitation.

19th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Nice, knowledgeable, proactive people. They found the initial (abortive) buyer within a week, with a similar timescale for the eventual buyer. Winkworth were helpful at every stage of the process and particularly so in the advanced stages when the chain was in danger of collapsing. It became a complicated process due to factors beyond their control and they did their utmost to navigate that. We wouldn't have got our sale over the line without Henry's determination and problem-solving.

The sales progressor, Jane, was especially helpful and supportive from start to finish. Buying a property can be stressful, but Jane kept everything moving smoothly and made sure I was updated regularly. She was always responsive, professional, and happy to answer any questions I had along the way. Her communication and attention to detail really helped make the whole process much easier. I would definitely recommend Michael Hardy Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. The service was professional, efficient, and friendly, and Jane’s support as sales progressor made a real difference.

From start to finish, Chris was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and always available to talk us through every step of the process. Buying and selling can be stressful, but his clear communication and calm approach made a huge difference. What really stood out was how he held our chain together during some challenging moments—going above and beyond to keep everything on track when it could easily have fallen apart. His dedication and persistence gave us real confidence throughout. We genuinely believe that without the support and expertise of Jigsaw Estates, we wouldn’t now be in our dream home. We can’t recommend Chris and Jigsaw highly enough.

3rd Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Seymours appear to have very good local knowledge and their offices cover a wide area. I have put good for value for money as nobody likes parting with it! Having said that they did me a good deal. I have put good for valuation accuracy as the situation is such at the moment that the earlier valuation was greater than the market will stand, although online estimates suggest otherwise and are clearly way too generous!
10th Mar 2026 (25 days ago)We recently purchased a house marketed through Newton Rowe and though it wasn’t the smoothest of transactions with our buyers disappearing mid-transaction (whilst we were on the market with a different estate agency), Sarah was incredible to deal with. She went above and beyond to ensure the chain stayed in tact, kept all parties constantly informed and followed up diligently until the transaction was complete. There were times when we really didn’t think it would happen but Sarah made it happen! She really offers a personal touch and is an incredible human being. You really get the sense of pride she takes in her work and in actually bringing joy to her clients. She genuinely cares and it shows! I would never think of looking elsewhere and will always recommend Sarah to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Super grateful for everything you’ve done for us!

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

Feedback was always received promptly from viewings, and negotiations on price carried out carefully with both parties being fully updated. Unfortunately, our move took over a year due to issues with the chain, completely outside Frank Schippers control. Karl worked tirelessly to resolve issues down the chain and to keep things moving and intact. Without Karl’s diligence the move wouldn’t have happened. Highly recommended the team at Frank Schippers.

What he achieved was beyond what was expected, and he made the whole process a lot easier than it might otherwise have been. A star all round.
