24th May 2022 (2 years ago)After an extremely traumatic and abrasive move back to Hull from Ireland after 13 years I found a property on Poppy residential. Being in between jobs and lacking some original documentation (that was in Dublin) the staff were extremely empathetic and helpful. I can say that after building a rapport with Amy (an employee) she went well above and beyond her duties to ensure that I secured the apartment. This young lady is an asset to the company and all staff I dealt with were pleasurable. I’ve no doubt other companies would’ve turned me away and I’d be couch surfing by now. Well done to Amy and staff. Dan

I have had prompt feedback from all viewings which is really helpful as a seller. I cannot single any one individual out from the team as they have all been excellent, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to friends.

Alisdair has lots of experience and knowledge of the market and wanted to sell the property for what it was worth coming back with the highest valuation and it sold within 24hrs of listing. Stef handled the process from there and her communication and customer care throughout was brilliant nothing was ever any trouble and she was always very professional and quick to respond to any enquiries. I would highly recommend Oscars to anyone wanting to sell their property no hesitation at all.

As I was advocating I remained calm and polite trying to explain the situation but was spoken over and spoken to like i was a child misbehaving. Joni was rude extremly unprofessional and extremly condescending. I would give zero stars but that not an option. After reading the reviews I can understand why so many are negative. When it comes to finding an estate agent I would recommend anywhere but here.

26th Sep 2024 (8 days ago)Riverside have just sold a family property at an incredibly stressful time for us, I can not recommend them highly enough, very impressive from booking the valuation to completion. The house had previously sat with the “leading agent in the area” who had told me “if they couldn’t sell it nobody would” Needless to say they didn’t sell it which isn’t surprising with the service levels they offer. Once it was on the market they seemed to do nothing, no communication until I said I was changing agent, they then managed to find several viewers who surprisingly were not suitable. I had requested several agents value the property, Kyle’s valuation was in line with others but when I called the office to discuss it Ciara came across as interested, knowledgeable of the house, area and market. That is the main reason we instructed Riverside. Throughout the process of viewings, offers etc the communication has been great as you would hope for, instant and always either able to get hold of one of the team or received a call back quickly, same with email communication. Thank you and best wishes Kyle, Ciara and Glenda, as I said I can not recommend your company highly enough. n.b. I was an estate agent for many years in another city so expectations were very high!
