Their services have been professional and refreshing from those estate agents who left bitter taste in me. Genuine and pragmatic people, happy to assist and provided professional direction throughout the viewing and referencing stages. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or rent in the area they serve and you would find a friendly and professional services that is quite hardly found in today’s estate agenting. 30th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Embarrassing agent, will leave your property damaged and won't take any steps to remove a disruptive and disorderly tenant despite numerous complaints from police and the council. UPDATE: I can't seem to add a reply so I will add an update in response. Your problematic tenant has been known for years and the council has been in touch with you many times prior to any court action. You did not take any action until the Landlord wanted to sell the property, due to your long term negligence the landlord is unable to proceed with a sale on his house. Had you taken actions as soon as problems were reported, the tenant would no longer be there. I hope this serves as a reminder to any landlords looking to rent with you.

I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. 17th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have rented from Matthew. He is a fantastic Landlord and from the beginning he has been attentive, with great communication and very helpful. I was locked out of my flat, my phone almost dead in the freezing cold in the dead of night, and Matthew kindly drove over an hour and opened my front door with some spare keys. He and the team are absolutely great. Second to none!
15th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)It was a first time i have contacted to Vibrant Estate, just had a few questions about some property to rent i was interested and lady on the phone was talking very fast and asking me thousands of questions which is completely private such as age of all members of my family, occupation, tax return, etc. It took ages to find out the price of the property and i felt like she was only interested to take as much details as possible from me. It was no any invitation for viewing. Also i find very strange that i called to office phone number and no-one picked up, then lady called me from mobile number. Very unprofessional manners. Will NOT be using this company in the future. I still believe that potentiale tenants should be treated with polite and good manner.
26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

26th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Moved in in October 18th 2021, we are January 26th and the default heating system is still down. I still have no heating in my place. No follow-up, unprofessinal and rude responses when asking for repairs to be taken care of. False apologies and no real solution provided, and I am paying extra electricity as I finalllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyy sent out portable heaters after screaming that the weather was going to -4 degrees. In January.

Their responsiveness was incredible start to end. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Very impressed with the service and highly recommend working with Rakshita and Trupti as they made the process of finding a property and moving in seamless.

5th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.

Most importantly, they have been honest, kind and so helpful. Unlike a lot of other letting agents, Longbridge care about the person not the highest bidder. My partner and I have settled into a beautiful rental in East London. Gary and Stan are absolute legends!

We chose Bowden Bradley to sell our house in Hainault, as they were a locally based but forward-looking modern agency that offered a competitive no-sale no-fee pricing structure. We were immediately impressed with Robin's insightful market evaluation and emphasis on the importance of finding the right type of buyer as well as the best possible offer. At the time given the market conditions, without such guidance, it may well have taken us many more months to receive a good offer from reliable buyers. The quality of their photography and videography was great too and they were able to get us listed days after we signed with them. We'd also like to thank Emilea, who did a great job in helping progress the sale and keep all parties updated - without which we may not have been able to complete before Christmas!
