24th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Terrible estate agents put us through hell for nearly a year couldn't be bothered to do anything didn't wanna fix any problems me my 3 year old daughter and partner got moved to harlow by hackney council so woodlands was our estate agents if anything needed repairs they was meant to sort it we had no hot water or heating for nearly a year kept complaining nothing got done we had to sleep in the living room as the whole house was covered in mould and our clothes washing machine floor cooker my daughter's toys everything was ruined they told us to clean it ourselves my 3 year old now has asthma she was healthy before we moved their I had carbon monoxide poisoning due to the sever smell of mould environmental health found over 28 hazards and shut the place down only a week before we had to move due to the property being shut down they put a new boiler in after waiting nearly a year they lie they are disrespectful and rude Please if you have a property from woodlands screen emails messages take pictures because that's what we did from the day we moved in they called us liers but we had all the evidence now solicitors and environmental health are involved

Any issues reported were fixed very promptly. Kaizer and Maryam are very professional and approachable. Highly recommend 444 services to tenants and landlords.

Ian and the team at Michael Steven are nothing but true professionals that go above and beyond to ensure that not only is your house sale safe with them, but you have full communication throughout your journey. Moving home as we all know is one of the most stressful experiences anyone can go through, but with a team like this working to do their best for their clients it helps to put your mind at ease. I would recommend them to any friend or family! Thank you so much we are so incredibly happy

26th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Moved in in October 18th 2021, we are January 26th and the default heating system is still down. I still have no heating in my place. No follow-up, unprofessinal and rude responses when asking for repairs to be taken care of. False apologies and no real solution provided, and I am paying extra electricity as I finalllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyy sent out portable heaters after screaming that the weather was going to -4 degrees. In January.
20th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.

Most importantly, they have been honest, kind and so helpful. Unlike a lot of other letting agents, Longbridge care about the person not the highest bidder. My partner and I have settled into a beautiful rental in East London. Gary and Stan are absolute legends!
