What makes a great company is the people and the whole team at Sheridans just go above and beyond, every member of their team just couldn’t do enough to help, extremely professional and very personable. We sold through Sheridans they kept us informed throughout, every viewing we were always given feedback, they offered to do all viewings if we were not available. They give you 100% confidence Added bonus After Sheridans sold our property we were extremely fortunate that the new home we purchased was also being offered through Sheridans. Yet again the team worked extremely hard to help us throughout the whole process, putting us in touch with solicitors etc. We got to know the whole team who always made us feel so welcome. We would like to say a massive thank you to Tim Sheridan, Matt, Kathryn D, Kathryn C, Jo, Iain, Brooke, Bella and not forgetting the office dog, you are all absolutely amazing. Also a special mention to: Claire Greener ?????????? My wife and I will always be forever grateful for everything you have done for us, you have been our rock. 5th Sep 2024 (12 days ago)Absolutely awful experience with Abbotts Mildenhall! Just purchased our first home via this estate agent and unfortunately don’t have any positives from this experience. They constantly ignore all emails and phone calls, provide incorrect information, provide incorrect prices and are generally unhelpful and unprofessional. We dealt with Lee, Oscar and Spencer and had the same experience with all. Do not recommend!

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

4th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)I've had multiple dealings with estate agents having to move / rent at least 7 times and Shires has been the worst, most inconsiderate, most unattentive and most unkind. Following our initial viewing, we've never had any inventory check with them after having to delay our move in and telling us that they've had to do "maintenance" on the property (yeah, right!). I do regret allowing them to just hand us the keys on the day we moved in without anyone checking the property with us on the day. Trying to get anything sorted or fixed takes months and what any other agency would have considered urgent such as mains water leaks and a broken smoke detector / fire alarm, for Shires was no urgent matter. Funny thing is by the time we've finally left the property, they were trying to put the issues that were already there on us specifically the damage caused by the water leak amongst multiple others. Luckily we've saved images and emails from then. They even had a very old, worn curtain with a massive stain that was in the property on the day we moved in which no sensible person would still use thus we just put it away then back when we moved out which they then also pointed out on the check out inventory as us causing. Don't even get me started on how our move out process went as that was the most stressful time. I am just so glad that we don't have to deal with them anymore and I will make sure to let all my friends and family know to avoid them at all costs!- 25th Mar 2024 (25 weeks ago)I would like to thank all at Brown & Co for all the help and advice they gave over the sale of my property. 12th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)If you need an estate agent that cares, look no further than Lawsons....and I wasn't even their customer! I wish I'd gone to them for my sale, my agents were beyond useless. So Hayley at Lawsons went above and beyond to chase and follow up on every stage whenever my agents failed to do so (multiple times) and in doing so saved me considerable time and stress. Responses were prompt, always available to chat over any issues, you name it. Overall, I had the worst sale experience I've ever had, but on the purchase side, Lawsons and Hayley made it SO much better than it otherwise would have been! Thanks :)
