1st Sep 2026 (17 days ago)Exceptional service from Morgan and Ellie at William H Brown, Diss!<br>Morgan’s expertise saved us significant money by guiding us through the sale of our residential park home without needing a solicitor. He completely understands the unique legal side of park home transactions. Communication was top-notch—he kept us fully updated while we were in Spain and the buyer was in the UK, and even checked in after completion to ensure all funds were safely received.<br>A special mention to Ellie, who is fairly new to the branch. She did a brilliant job showing the new owner around our property. With Morgan’s mentorship and guidance, she is clearly set for a very successful career ahead.<br>Outstanding service overall—we couldn't recommend Morgan and his team highly enough!

28th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)We had an extremely disappointing experience with Brown & Co Estate Agents during the end of our tenancy.<br><br>They tried to claim a substantial amount from my deposit for issues that were entirely unreasonable, including the removal of an item of furniture that actually belonged to the property owner, alleged missing lightbulbs, and professional cleaning charges for the entire property including carpets that were nearly 20 years old and beyond life expectancy. Many of the deductions appeared to be aimed at improving the property for the landlord to sell, rather than fairly addressing genuine tenant wear and tear. It was particularly concerning that some of the extra items and the amount of money being claimed were added to throughout the process. The claims presented before and during the DPS dispute process were not entirely consistent, which raised questions about the validity of some of the deductions being sought.<br><br>Throughout the dispute, Josh Bailey's communication was often awkward with no negotiation skills, and there was a clear attempt to pursue claims for betterment rather than what was fair and reasonable under tenancy deposit rules. Rather than acting as an impartial agent, it seemed there was a deliberate focus on maximising the return to the landlord.<br><br>We were also disappointed by his handling of a small area of mould around the faulty hob extractor fan, as the problem was not addressed fairly or appropriately.<br><br>Fortunately, the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) reviewed the evidence independently and saw through many of the claims being made. The adjudicator recognised that the property had not been professionally cleaned when we moved in and rejected a significant proportion of the deductions being sought from our deposit.<br><br>Overall, the experience left us with little confidence in Brown & Co's ability to deal fairly and objectively with tenants. My advice to anyone renting through this agency would be to take extensive photographs at check-in and check-out, keep detailed records of all communication, and not be afraid to challenge deposit deductions through the DPS if you believe they are unfair.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend Brown & Co Estate Agents.

He communicates with enthusiasm and vision valid to possible purchasers, making them feel valued and respected in their decision making on their chosen properties.

10th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Having just used Whittley Parish for my rental property, I can't praise Matt, Ellie & Sophie highly enough. From start to finish they were extremely professional and helpful in guiding me through the whole process. They spent time talking me through and advising on certain situations which I would never have been able to sort without their help. The rental system can be a complete minefield especially when you weren't expecting to be a landlord and not really sure about all the legalities! However, should I ever do it again I would not hesitate in recommending Whittley Parish.<br>At the beginning, I was thinking I would manage the property myself but having been so impressed, and realising it's not actually that easy, decided in the end it would be better all round to have Whittley Parish manage the property for me which they are now doing.<br>Thank you so much for making the whole process so much less stressful for me :-)

Providing accompanied viewings was a godsend as I have dogs which would have proved very difficult for me to do the viewings alone. I highly recommend them.

6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)After telling my parents their house was worth £75k more than they got for it and over a year without viewings, after reducing the price by above said amount they finally got a buyer. They had done nothing up until that point and still stayed relatively mute whilst the sale went through! Was not impressed at all with their customer services. Would not recommend!
27th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I cannot recommend working with the wonderful staff at Musker McIntyre in Bungay enough! Grace and Dawn have been so helpful and kind throughout the process of renting a flat and made the process so simple and stress free.

Communication has been faultless, in particular, Jade has dealt with every query cheerfully and efficiently liaising between buyer and vendor and keeping us up to date throughout ther process.

From the very beginning, he kept us informed throughout the entire process and was always happy to answer any questions we had.<br><br>Martin created a group chat with my partner and me, which meant we were all kept updated at the same time and communication was always quick and clear. He worked incredibly hard to keep everything moving and really pushed to ensure we completed as quickly and smoothly as possible.<br><br>He was professional, friendly, approachable and genuinely cared about making the experience as stress-free as he could. On completion day, we were welcomed into our new home with flowers, cupcakes, a bottle to celebrate, and a lovely card from the team. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the day even more special.<br><br>We can't thank Martin and the team enough and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to accommodate my requests. I viewed the property I eventually purchased several times, and each time the staff were more than willing to arrange access and answer any questions I had. Their patience, support, and willingness to help made the whole process much easier and less stressful. Having dealt with several other local estate agents during my property search, I can honestly say that the staff at Your Move were by far the most obliging, supportive, and customer focused. Their excellent service really stood out, and I am very grateful for all their help throughout my purchase.
