20th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Don't bother to clean up too much, no matter how hard you try they will still charge you hundreds of pounds. After living at one of their properties for just 6 months, I handed over the house as clean as I got it but they still charged me £560 for deep cleaning. Very disappointed I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!

We really appreciated the fact that there was always someone to talk to and answer queries. Lovely to have such personal service. Very good value for the fees. Highly recommend.

Jennifer Catchpole handled our sale and she was just excellent along with all her collegues. Communication was excellent from the start and they made the whole process so much easier for us. Thank you ever so much for all your efforts we both really appreciate it.
7th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.

The team was professional, guided us through every step, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled efficiently, especially the tenancy agreement, which was completed entirely by email. This made the whole process straightforward and convenient, with no need to visit the office.<br><br>A special thank you to Michelle Chapman for managing the entire process, coordinating everything between us and the landlord, keeping everything on track, and answering all of our questions promptly. She ensured everything progressed smoothly from start to finish. We highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and reliable letting agent.

Throughout the process, they were supportive, respectful, and non-discriminatory, something we unfortunately did not experience with some other agents in the area. Lizzy in particular did an amazing job to keep on top of things due to a protracted conveyancing process which was out of our control. Without her assistance we'd probably still not have completed, so we're very grateful to her and the team in Attleborough.

He was very knowledgeable on the property and made quick friends with our toddler who attended the viewing with us. We look forward to continuing to work with him in the future. Its so nice to have an estate agent who can answer your questions and give you ideas about the potential of a property especially as we were viewing ones that needed some tlc. She helped me secure a house in less than 2 weeks and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Kelsey was incredibly responsive, communicated exceptionally well, answered every question thoroughly (even the dumb ones), and made sure every need was taken care of from start to finish. Her professionalism and dedication truly stood out to me, and it made me want to go through this particular letting agency. To be quite honest, she deserves a promotion!
