From the moment I met Aimee, she instantly understood what I was looking for in a home and was able to show me exactly the right house for my family. She even suggested a property I was hesitant to view, but she knew I’d fall in love with it, and she was right.<br><br>During the completion process I worked with Natasha, who was absolutely fantastic. She helped us progress our sale through a chain of five parties and four properties. She worked tirelessly, and honestly I don’t think we could have completed without her.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole team.

He also advised me over the phone regarding an onward we were considering which I found extremely helpful.<br><br>Unfortunately our first sale fell through at the last moment, however we resold reasonably quickly considering the market. Both Amy and Charlotte who dealt with each sale were excellent at keeping me regularly updated during the process, I found them both to be pleasant and polite. Thank you, would highly recommend.

He completely understands the unique legal side of park home transactions. Communication was top-notch—he kept us fully updated while we were in Spain and the buyer was in the UK, and even checked in after completion to ensure all funds were safely received.<br>A special mention to Ellie, who is fairly new to the branch. She did a brilliant job showing the new owner around our property. With Morgan’s mentorship and guidance, she is clearly set for a very successful career ahead.<br>Outstanding service overall—we couldn't recommend Morgan and his team highly enough!

This was a for sure reason in this property being second guessed by us prior to choosing. It never seemed to be a priority for them to meet us and make us feel welcome.

10th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Having just used Whittley Parish for my rental property, I can't praise Matt, Ellie & Sophie highly enough. From start to finish they were extremely professional and helpful in guiding me through the whole process. They spent time talking me through and advising on certain situations which I would never have been able to sort without their help. The rental system can be a complete minefield especially when you weren't expecting to be a landlord and not really sure about all the legalities! However, should I ever do it again I would not hesitate in recommending Whittley Parish.<br>At the beginning, I was thinking I would manage the property myself but having been so impressed, and realising it's not actually that easy, decided in the end it would be better all round to have Whittley Parish manage the property for me which they are now doing.<br>Thank you so much for making the whole process so much less stressful for me :-)

From my initial enquiry through completion and beyond, communication was excellent. I was kept in the loop every stage, making the process smooth and manageable.<br><br>Katherine and Carl's personal and friendly personas kept them approachable when required and swiftly returning with answers to any of my queries. 1st Sep 2026 (17 days ago)Jade was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I think we would've lost our minds had it not been for Jade and all her support and help. We hadn't sold and bought before so it was a little daunting but Jade answered every question we had a gave us reassurance throughout the process. We would never sell with anyone else now we've had Jade. She is so different from mainstream estate agents and it's such a personal experience. Jade gave us regular updates on our sale and purchase which helped us through the process. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jade to anyone selling. What an amazing, lovely lady who clearly takes pride in her business and loves what she does.
