As we had never moved home before we felt we were complete novices and to feel like nothing was too much trouble made all the difference. From the beginning, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and efficiency. They were always responsive, approachable, and willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process. Communication was clear and timely, which made everything run smoothly and stress-free. The entire experience, from arranging viewings to finalising the tenancy, was handled with great care and attention to detail. I particularly appreciated how supportive and organised the team was, ensuring that everything was completed without unnecessary delays. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received especially from harrison. Their professionalism and commitment to providing a good customer experience truly stood out.

Make lots of promises and will not deliver do not use ,,, I am very disappointed and would not like you to be the same its have development property with 5 holiday lodges and gentlemen told me he would be very interested in this property and selling units he is a lier do not trust this company

I found a super house, contacted WHB, and Lewis took control of the process from start to finish, and I couldn't be more grateful - just need to unpack now :)

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.
