31st Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)I was purchasing a property through Chloe and Elisha, what was a very tricky legal situation was made considerably easier with their excellent communication. I would highly recommend.
29th Aug 2024 (14 days ago)For now I have nothing nice to say coz heartache they giving me is too much . These are the emails I keep getting . I was to moving on 19th and they said i can’t move in coz my partner has no right to rent because he is in a different country . That was sorted. If the house was ready for me to move in on 19th ,explain to me why I am still being told I can’t move in because they are things they are still doing in the house . Today is 29th I was told I can move in on 30th and they will send me the tenancy to sign . It is 6pm and I have no update . I don’t even know if I am moving on 30th or not . Ps the moving date was changed from 28th to 30th . They are not answering my emails today either . Good luck to during my tenancy that is if I finally move in .

The whole process was smooth as I used their in house solicitors meaning I could keep on top of the whole transaction, i would highly recommend
9th Sep 2024 (3 days ago)They only did 2 viewings in 2 months. They only asked us to put price down and people conducting the viewing didn't know anything about property's features. Disgraceful service and strongly recommend to avoid this agency.

Applied for a parking space in my building on the first of august as the area around my building has very limited parking and with my limited mobility from my Cystic Fibrosis i was struggling to get to my Motability vehicle without excessive stress, Called and addresses that I was interested in the space I saw available online, I checked every couple of days to get an update, after a lack of communication from all staff including the Management Team and multiple emails and calls and being told to call back after 2:30 only to be ignored after every request I made. Leighton McMylor in particular seemed to take extra steps to ignore any and all attempts to find out more information on the application I wished to put a deposit on, I was told today that the spaces available had been signed by other tenants and was no longer available. Thank you Reeds rains for being no different than any other estate agents.

29th Aug 2024 (14 days ago)Very impressed with every aspect of the service provided by Atlas. They created plenty of interest through their very professional and effective marketing of the property which led to a nice quick sale. Would definitely recommend them.
28th Jun 2021 (3 years ago)Property was grubby when we moved in (other peoples things left in the property like clothes etc.). We were fine tenants for almost 2 years but as time went on more and more issues with the property. The issues often took very long to get any response on (apparently due to the landlord not getting back to the agency). The windows did not open and we were told only one could be fixed for the moment as it was expensive (in a one sided ventilated property). We also had a huge leak with water pouring through which needed redecorating the painter came and told us he had been told to just "patch it up" and not redecorate the huge stains properly. We gave notice and only then the suddenly emailed and asked if they completed all the works we had been asking for for months would we consider staying in the property (to which we politely declined). We also had issues with neighbors and our emails were often ignored. To top this off they tried charging us over £100 for a "professional clean" at the end of tenancy even though it was left spotless (and in a much better condition than we were handed it in) - I disputed it and suddenly the charge was removed. The lady we dealt with was rude and unprofessional (in agreement with a previous review here). Interestingly the bad reviews seem to have been deleted recently. Watch out for them - wouldn`t recommend.

Giovanni took on the property and had it under offer in 2 weeks. He came as recommendation from my father in law and I would recommend him to anyone.
18th Aug 2024 (25 days ago)Where do I start with this company, firstly Paula couldn't run a bath, never mind a letting agency, she broke confidentiality, her husband, the owner John, along with Paula took no responsibility for their incompetence in dealing with my tenancy agreement, I tried to discuss matters with them and they accused me of being aggressive and abusive, which is untrue, as I have all the conversation recorded, including John demanding I leave the office, they stated I tried to extort money from them which again Was not the case, never once did I mention anything about money, They are a family run business so all stick together and will take no responsibility for their failings I understand that this is only my dealings with them and others may have had a different experience

Very bad experience initially started good until the figures came in, that was a shocker & way too low I did feel pressured & harassed by calls etc. Felt They wanted an instant descion & gave false information which I checked out with my solicitor, I did get a few apologies about the initial recommended value admitting it was low. What if I had agreed??. Avoid this company and their associates give them a wide berth.

I was feeling so daunted by the whole process of buying and selling a home, but Kate’s person-centred approach made all the difference. She took time to understand my concerns, guided me through each step, and was always there to answer my questions with expertise and friendliness. Thanks to Kate what started as an overwhelming experience turned into a smooth and positive journey. If you’re looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares and knows their stuff, North Wall and Kate are the ones to make a beeline for!
