29th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)For now I have nothing nice to say coz heartache they giving me is too much . These are the emails I keep getting . I was to moving on 19th and they said i can’t move in coz my partner has no right to rent because he is in a different country . That was sorted. If the house was ready for me to move in on 19th ,explain to me why I am still being told I can’t move in because they are things they are still doing in the house . Today is 29th I was told I can move in on 30th and they will send me the tenancy to sign . It is 6pm and I have no update . I don’t even know if I am moving on 30th or not . Ps the moving date was changed from 28th to 30th . They are not answering my emails today either . Good luck to during my tenancy that is if I finally move in .

8th Aug 2024 (11 weeks ago)AWFUL MANAGEMENT, I gave my property to address and they are as close to a scam as you can get. They give you maintenance work that needs to be done on the property and then when you go and do your own quote you find they are charging you 3 times the average price. Once you get your own contractor they avoid your emails and calls and after asking to leave due to this they want to charge you a crazy amount. Debra on the phone stated we have tenants that want to move in but now that youve asked to leave im gonna give them to someone elses house. Clear negligence and I will be taking further legal action.

10th Oct 2024 (13 days ago)Initially a slow quiet 4 months with seller also viewing potential properties. Although with part time staff only covering 2-3 days a week, l am sure slows progression ! Which needs addressing plus 7 day week used to be the norm?? Even if only a couple hours a day.

We have found James and his staff to be very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They are very customer focused and make the process of selling / buying more easy and less stressful. Would highly recommend James and his team.

I would even go as far to say they should be getting paid solicitors pay ,nothing is to much trouble ,follow up sellers solicitor, working so hard to make sure move goes smoothly .I will certainly highly recommend kuavo rose expecially for all her continuity.
