19th Dec 2025 (5 weeks ago)I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the way my appointment to view an apartment was handled by your office. I contacted your office by email three days ago to arrange a viewing. However, no clear appointment was confirmed in advance. Today, I received a phone call at 9:00 AM while I was at work, asking if I could view the apartment at 9:30 AM, which was extremely short notice and showed little consideration for my schedule. Despite this, I left work at 9:15 AM and sent a message at 9:27 AM informing your representative that I would arrive within 15 minutes due to traffic. Unfortunately, the response I received was very delayed and unprofessional. This experience reflects poor coordination and a lack of respect for a client’s time. As a customer, I expect clear communication and reasonable notice when scheduling appointments. I hope you will take this matter seriously and review how your team communicates with clients, as professionalism and respect should always come first.

Explanations were very clear and communication was prompt and efficient. We never had to chase things up as the team seemed always on the ball. Would highly recommend.

Great service from start to finish - from making an appointment, viewing property to going through the buying process. Highly recommend buying a house from them.

They are very professional, they respond to emails and inquiries quickly and offer a very personal service. They also ensure that any repairs are addressed as soon as possible. They are a pleasure to deal with!

20th Jan 2026 (5 days ago)It seems that this particular agent deliberately made it difficult. So I’ve arranged a viewing twice and unfortunately both times something unfortunate and personal has come up. I’ve always emailed to let them know. However they had a property for sale. I’ve enquired and been told that I they been advised by my manager that we are no longer able to book viewings for you on properties listed with us. This decision has been made due to a number of previously missed appointments, which unfortunately result in costs being incurred by the business and inconvenience to our vendors. As a result, we are unable to recommend you to our vendors and cannot arrange further viewings at this time. I’m not sure what costs have been incurred as that’s an estate agents job. They also make commission on any sales too. Maybe if you check your emails you will indeed find several from myself explaining that due to unforeseen circumstances that I couldn’t make the viewing. It may also be a good idea to include the mobile of the person at the viewing so that are contacted in due course. Considering your called Flexi -Agent you’re not very flexible.
6th Aug 2025 (25 weeks ago)Kuavo have been great. They are hands on with getting a buyer but also hands on with conveyancing ensuring no delays between the two solicitors which takes the stress away from the sake as the communication and updates are timely. I would definitely recommend

18th Jan 2026 (7 days ago)My son was really let down by this company getting his hopes up and then saying if he pays 6500 they will give him flat and he got it all for them to give to someone else because my son was autistic and couldnt talk over phone so i did on his behalf as am legal appointee and they said oh sorry cant talk to you and he never called by 12
