It is an old, beautiful and complicated property and Shari was amazing to cut through some of the issues to get there - knows her stuff. Would highly recommend

5th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Leaking raidiators, plaster falling from wall, plank of wood used for a kick board, painting over horrendous tiles instead of replacing, gaps above kitchen outlets, paint crumbling from internal walls, threshold not fitted, rusted radiators, damp. These are a few of the many issues waiting to be resolved after a year of calls, emails and chasing up the team. Understandably most if this is due to having a landlord that doesn't care, however, the lack of communication from this company is awful, if I want an update I need to chase, homesure are not forthcoming, when asked to speak to a manager directly or to the landlord I am ingnored. Wouldn't recommend to anyone letting or considering using them for sales.

To us as buyers, they've been friendly, helpful and made the whole purchasing process a lot easier. Thanks ???? Definitely recommendable.

Mike went above and beyond. The Communication between us was fantastic and so reassuring. Choosing an estate agents and getting the right one is so important. I’m so glad I chose Leaders.

Darren was professional and priced the property to ensure we got a quick sale, our house was on and off the market within a week which enabled us to proceed with the purchase of our dream forever home. (Also the photographer they employ is great!) Darren was patient with us throughout as the process took a while and was quick to respond to queries and keep the whole chain informed including the solicitors. I would highly reccomend using infinite property if you are looking to sell in the wider warrington area as you get a better service than the bigger named agents for a better price! Thanks Guys
