29th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)For now I have nothing nice to say coz heartache they giving me is too much . These are the emails I keep getting . I was to moving on 19th and they said i can’t move in coz my partner has no right to rent because he is in a different country . That was sorted. If the house was ready for me to move in on 19th ,explain to me why I am still being told I can’t move in because they are things they are still doing in the house . Today is 29th I was told I can move in on 30th and they will send me the tenancy to sign . It is 6pm and I have no update . I don’t even know if I am moving on 30th or not . Ps the moving date was changed from 28th to 30th . They are not answering my emails today either . Good luck to during my tenancy that is if I finally move in .

Extremely polite and friendly staff who go out of their way to support and accommodate any request or question, from viewings all the way to the moving-in date and beyond. The entire team I dealt with—Millie, Zoe, Rebecca, and Alex—was incredible throughout. They actively suggested properties that suited my requirements and worked hard to make the process as pain-free as possible. I could not recommend them more.

In particular I have regularly been speaking to Brooke who is always happy to help, has made me feel comfortable whenever I called with queries and has supported me throughout. Brooke has made my experience with Doran Kennedy pleasant despite there being a few hiccups with previous buyers along the way. Thank you Brooke for everything.

This is the second time Alastair Saville Estate Agents have sold a property for us & we would not hesitate to go to them again. They are so professional, hard working, helpful - always ensuring you are aware of what's happening & what the next steps are. We dealt directly with Anne-Marie who is so reliable, knowledgeable, supportive, approachable & nothing is too much trouble. The entire team are fantastic & we cannot thank them enough. They are a credit to the business of Estate Agents. Amazing. Thank you so very much.

18th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)Where do I start with this company, firstly Paula couldn't run a bath, never mind a letting agency, she broke confidentiality, her husband, the owner John, along with Paula took no responsibility for their incompetence in dealing with my tenancy agreement, I tried to discuss matters with them and they accused me of being aggressive and abusive, which is untrue, as I have all the conversation recorded, including John demanding I leave the office, they stated I tried to extort money from them which again Was not the case, never once did I mention anything about money, They are a family run business so all stick together and will take no responsibility for their failings I understand that this is only my dealings with them and others may have had a different experience

Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
