21st Mar 2025 (12 weeks ago)Barkers sold my 1-bedroom flat a year after it was first advertised, and just before my final tenants were due to leave. They also acted as my letting agent throughout this period when the sale was proceeding very slowly, due to the buyer's painstaking approach. For a long time I thought that the sale would fall through, but in the end they were able to close the deal, and were very reassuring in the final stages when it still seemed to be touch and go. They have good knowledge of the student and buy-to-let market in Leicester and provided a very satisfactory service both as letting and sale agent.

28th Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)Unprofessional agents! Viewed property, made application, and then they didn’t call as they promised, tried to call them and no one picked up phone afterwards, and in next two days property was gone to different renters! Don’t fall for these agents!
