It's been a month in this new home and Saj has always been available for queries, resolving issues, communicating between the landlord and tenant etc. I would definitely recommend them for your next home.

11th Apr 2024 (18 days ago)Belvoir sub let my daughter and her boyfriend an apartment that was a death trap. Had a prohibition order put on the property due to fire risk by The Leicester Fire Department. They had to evacuate. Left with no home, no compensation, no rent back and only offered half their deposit back even though they were not allowed back in to clean it. Belvoir have said its nothing to do with them. Be very careful which property you rent.

Communication has been great and whilst there are cheaper out there, I think it's really worth the extra. Could not recommend them enough.

There was constant communication throughout, and if I needed clarity on certain issues the team was there to assist. There are many Estate Agents on the market, but if you want someone to go the "extra mile" you will not find anyone better.

7th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Viewed the property, was ready to sign the agreement, sent the documents and all went through, and suddenly they had given only couple of days to pay the rent for entire 12 months of contract in advance which was not mentioned anywhere in the advertisement or in the initial emails, and they gave a reason that landlord would like to be paid everything in advance because we were students, also I had been waiting for the property for a long time too. So disheartening to deal with them. Unorganised, and not sticking to their instructions.

From the start they were very professional with excellent communication throughout the process. They did a great job with the marketing of my property and generated lots of interest and viewings. My first buyer dropped out but Dan got me sold again in less than two weeks for the full asking price. Excellent service would 100% recommend.
